Sepehr represented me in a case that everyone said I had no chance of winning against Hyundai Motors. We not only won but I think we also set a precedent by beating them on what appeared to be an open and shut case according to their "experts". Although I hope to never have to go to court ever again, I wouldn't hesitate to call Sepehr if I needed to.

I ran into an issue with my Hyundai Genesis few years ago.

From the beginning of the ownership, I faced problems with the vehicle.
1. the vehicle would consume too much oil
2. wheel alignment issues
3. paint peeling off the rear bumper
4. strange ticking noises from the suspension

Hyundai provides 10yr / 100k warranty however they would not fix my vehicle. Giving me the run around that everything was normal. They fixed some issues however they could not / would not fix my oil consumption issue.

They made me take some oil consumption tests first and they did not even record my visits to their dealership service facilities purposely to cover up or not to warrant my repairs. Contacted the Hyundai Corporate office about the issue and told me they could not help b/c it was "normal" for a car to do this.

I was very frustrated with the situation and contacted Sepehr Daghighian a lawyer in this firm.

They explained to me in detail about the California lemon law and that I had a legitimate case.
Because legally if a car manufacturer can't fix it they have to either
1. take back the car either replacing the vehicle
2. refund the price of the car.

I didn't think we were going to win the case due to how much of a fight Hyundai was putting up; however, Sepehr represented me in court with his excellent knowledge of law, experience, and professionalism and surprisingly we won the case, and Hyundai had to reprimand me for their breach in warranty laws.

I had excellent experience and results with Sepehr, and I highly recommend.

I had purchased a new 2014 F250 pickup new, upon taking delivery there was a major problem with the front end. Numerous visits to Ford for a "fix" (13 times) and it was still unresolved. Contacted Ford corporate to request a buy back which they refused.I went into an agreement with Sephyer and his law group. it was a 3.5 year battle and in the end we won and Ford paid the allotted money. It was worth all of the time and effort and great direction and support from them.

a bit time consuming.......but justice was served. Chrysler/Dodge are crooks.
