I am very grateful to have found Greg Shanfield to handle my chapter 7 bankruptcy case. He is honest, polite, professional, goes the extra mile, does not cut corners, spends as much time with you answering your questions as you need without getting annoyed, and he is a really cool guy as well. He is a truly rare gem in a depraved world and his kindness helped me to get through my bankruptcy quickly and supported the whole way through. I got a nearly complete discharge of all my debts. The only ones which were not discharged were IRS tax debts which were too old to qualify for discharge anyway so Greg had no power over that. This was a truly 10 out of 10 experience and if you can do the bankruptcy with this law firm then do not hesitate. They will guide you from step one to done. I did not know what chapter to file and other attorneys told me the wrong Chapters in order to make more money out of me. Greg did not do that and he told me the lowest cost Chapter 7 would actually be the best for me and it was a true blessing and a miracle the way it worked out in the end. Thank god for Greg and if you are reading this call up and ask for Greg and focus on getting your life back together. Best BK office ever. Raj was awesome, and his staf Jocelyn, and Brenda were very courteous, responsive and friendly all along. 4 months has past so far since the Order of Discharge and all seems to have worked fine and all Credit Agencies are showing the BK correctly and Creditor stopped their contact attempts. Scores has gone down to 400's, but now they are back to high 500's and low 600's. Still working on it and being deligent in the steps to take to increase credit score. The most important thing is that they care about their reputation and their reviews ALOT; this alone, means you are guaranteed an excellent customer service and outcomes.

I did a lot of research before deciding on this group- and I'm so glad I chose Wadwani & Shanfeld to handle my difficult financial situation at the end of 2014. I was disabled with significant student debt and medical debt and I had just finalized my divorce from my husband, which left me with unmanageable credit card debt. I used to have a credit score of 760+, but I began to fall behind on my mortgage payments. It came to a point where it became necessary for me to consider filing a Chapter 13 bankruptcy to prevent foreclosure of my home.

I had been receiving flyers/solicitation letters for some time in my mail, but I did not feel very confident about the credentials of the senders.
