If I can give more than 5 stars I would! I don’t where to begin. I had a horrible accident a while back and soon after began receiving threats from insurance companies etc...it was a nightmare. Jonathan Roven is a fledgling and hopeless excuse for an attorney. Throughout the course of mishandling my husbands case, he frequently deferred to my husband to determine the best legal recourse (um, that's why he hired an attorney) and treated my husband like a flaky employee, expecting emails and calls to be returned immediately, regardless of our schedule (work and caring for an infant). The worst part is how well he sold himself- promised the senior member of the firm (Kahn) would be involved every step of the way, and he never was. I actually wrote the discovery responses for my husband, and Jonathan Roven used them for the official response, unedited. He is incompetent and arrogant. I suspect he has high functioning autism. Unless you want to destroy any chance of success with your case, do not hire this fool.
