I came to Ronald Litz in 2013 to handle my divorce. I told him that I had the amount of his retainer which was $15,000 and that we would need to motion for attorneys fees because all of my income over 17 years of marriage had gone into my husbands separate bank accounts. Mr. Litz never did anything in this regard. Mr. Litz and started out a good rapport but after the first meeting, he had me see his assistant, who I did not get along with at all . They treated me as though I hadn’t paid them a penny. This was devastating because I had sold all my valuables in order to pay him. He dragged his feet so long that there was no money— and I almost was evicted did from my apartment . That was the only motion he actually help me with —too little too late . In addition, he received a letter full that was of lies from my husbands associate. Mr. Litz did not bother to discuss the items in the letter with me. Mr. Litz decided to believe these lies, because he dumped me on his distracted assistant attorney, and no longer maintained a relationship with me.

My husband and I had created a business together. I was paid nothing from the community business. It was all put into my husband separate accounts-8 million over the years . My retainer just went to pay for a month of Mr. Litz’s rent in his new Beverly Hills office, then he was done with me. I strongly discourage anyone to hire this man or his firm. .
