I had a warrant out of Van Nuys court and one in the Newport Beach courthouse for failing to appear for my cases. I think I had the best domestic violence lawyer in Los Angeles by my side. I was hurt during an incident with my ex, yet I was the one charged with domestic violence. The situation ended up being more serious than I thought. My ex wanted to drop the charges but an aggressive prosecutor kept pushing on. The judge ordered a restraining order even though nobody wanted one. I feel like our justice system is so flawed and abused. If I didn’t have Mr. Fakhimi by my side, I would have been lost. They helped me clean up 2 probation violations that I had arrest warrants for and it was all completed in 1 day. I thought I would have to go to jail because I didn’t do my obligations on those cases. Instead my lawyer got both of the warrants squashed and even had 1 of the probation files terminated. The other one was reinstated and I didn’t get any punishments at all. These cases were stressing me out for years. This was a huge load off my mind. My bad for not leaving this review sooner. My case was finished quite a while ago, and finished well it was!  I have reaped the benefits of the countless positive ripple effects of the plead deal I got on my case. My life could have been completely ruined and instead I have flourished. After hitting a real low point, Ardalon helped me take the first step to get back onl a promising life path.  That first step was tying up the loose ends of my case. First off, let me just say that I’ve had quite a lot of experience with lawyers in my life. Sadly, I’ve almost always been disappointed. I hired Ardalon Fakhimi for a restraining order hearing. Emotions were high and the other side were all unethical scum. I sat next to Ardalon throughout the hearing. I was simply blown away by his skill and knowledge. My daughter was recently represented by Ardalon Fakhimi for a drug DUI & Xanax possession. Mr. Fakhimi was able to get the Xanax charges thrown out due to an illegal search. Subsequently, the DUI was dismissed after lengthy negotiations with the prosecutor. A job well done.

Mr. Fakhimi was hired a little over a year ago to represent a family member who had been charged with a DUI and 2 counts of felony obstruction.
