Excellent and thorough attorney! I found myself in a nightmare situation when I attempted to help a close friend of fifteen years by letting him stay on my couch after he lost his apartment. Without going into all the details, my friend started using drugs. When I asked him to leave he refused. I contacted Mr. Monadjemi and we started the eviction process. My friend was removed by the sheriffs as quickly as the law would allow. I highly recommend Mr. Monadjemi! Thank you!

We came to Mr Monadjemi to help us settling the illegal rent increase conducted by prior owner of the property. He told us that he has just finished the settlement of the similar case and knows very well the plaintiff attorney which will expedite the resolution. Sounds good so far? It ends right there. It took him forever to schedule mediation. He billed us 11(eleven) hours of his own time for clerical / secretary services just to schedule mediation . He ballooned his bill by overcharging on every single item on his bill which he failed to send us until the case was almost over. When mediation came - he spent 95% of his time bragging about which schools his children went to and how expensive his lifestyle was. When the actual settlement was proposed - he did not care to oversee that our side was protected in anyway. He failed to include non-disclosure agreement ( which was discussed several times prior to mediation) and deadline of dismissal of the case. As a result, we had to re-draft the settlement agreement and pay for his services again. Moreover, he managed to go to the court 3 more times post settlement and billing us 4 hours for each appearance when plaintiff attorney was not coming even once. He went for an empty court appearance even after we said in writing that he was fired from the position of our attorney.

I tried to evict my tenant on my own. This didn't work. I phoned and spoke with an Attorney prior to phoning Yousef'. I was unsatisfied with his phone manner. I then I called Yousef's office. I left a message and within a short period of time he phoned me back and I was in Yousef's office the following day. I found attorney Yousef Monadjemi on yelp when I was very desperate searching for assistance to evict a Section 8 tenant. I consulted with two other law firms that has been referred to me by friends, but none of them could help me because I did not have a lease agreement. When I emailed Mr. Monadjemi I felt t was like a shot in the dark and expected him or his assistant to take a while to reply back, but that was not the case, Mr. Monadjemi replied very fast and was available to meet with me the very next day, he knows what he's doing and will not lie, he told me everything I needed to know even when it came to the ugly truth, he was able to help me with the almost impossible, evict my tenant. I am extremely grateful to Mr. Monadjemi, he has no idea how hopeless I was and how happy I am that I will be able to move in to my place (that I bought 2 years ago with an awful realtor). he calls me a crook while he tries to take me for 450 extra, i only met him once when i paid him, he never appeared in court, and i had to in propria persona postpone the case, he considered that his appearance in court!

That was it i never got to see him again!

He postponed the 1st court date, was not available for the second court date, i had to myself in propria persona request the postponement.

He treated my postponing my own case as his court appearance, he demanded an additional $450 to appear. I let him know that he had not appeared ONCE, how does it make sense that me, myself postponing the matter adds up to a court appearance?

Needless to say, and i have emails to show it and will update his pictures to show you the users how he communicates with clients.

In email form he called me a crook! a CROOK because i wanted my day in court with my paid attorney. He went on to say that he doesn't like doing business with people like me!
