This is a collection agency that uses rude bully tactics from the 80s to try to make a buck. They called about a 'bill' that was a dispute between Hertz & Amex over a rental that never took place. I reported them to the FTC over the Fair Credit Reporting Act, in my opinion you should too.

Sam Gardener speaks with arrogance and is extremely rude: he has hung up on me twice so far while I have been trying to resolve the issue.
First, after asking him not to interrupt me (so he can try to bully me) while I am trying to explain that this issue should not even exist because it is the result of a fraudulent charge on the part of Hertz and that the matter had been settled through my credit card company.
A few days later, he called again; I explained to him that I had called back after his last call and spoke to a manager who was supposed to have settled this . He didn't seem to like this answer, saying that person didn't have the authority. When I asked that we get that individual on the line, he got very defensive and asked why I didn't just speak to Hertz directly to deal with this (?!). As I was responding to this seemingly obvious question, he hung up.

My truck was in the shop for a month for a two day repair at Toyota. During this time at the shop they had a Hertz car rental in their facility providing loaners. There was a a communication issue between Hertz, Toyota and my insurance company. Hertz sent me to collections even though there was a clear paper trail as to what the problem was and it had nothing to do with me. When I picked up my truck from the shop I was promised that the issue with Hertz and collections was over now I am being harassed and bullied again. I have been threatened to be arrested, (I have on my phone voice mail) I have been told the police were coming out to get my car, and my car would be repossessed.

This evening a Mr. Gardner from Network commercial kept the ball rolling with his volger, aggressive bullying attitude to me for 175.00 which I don't owe. This not to mention, after I already had a really difficult 12 hour day. There should be a law against this kind of harassment. It's not fair, there should policy in place to regulate how people are treated. They don't have any idea if that person they are bullying is ill, depressed, physically or mentally handicapped or just plain innocent and non-deserving of this kind of treatment. I am going to contact my attorney regarding this and hope someone out there might want to join in putting people like this out of business or lose their law license, that is if he is even a real attorney. I don't wish anyone have to deal with this Gardner guy who obviously has some kind of complex and feels like he needs to treat people like garbage. Network Commercial should close down and do the world a favor. I have no idea why I had to hit one star to post this message but this company is not even worth the tooth paste I spit out of my mouth in the morning.

I spoke with Russell Singer (I was referred by Hertz due to some billing issues) and in the beginning I did have my guard up because I hate collections agencies and the way they handle business. I did sense some arrogance initially but he was personable. Russell gave me a few options and kept it as real as possible in regards to what the future would hold IF I didn't take care of this issue. ALL in ALL, he was cool. He actually made me want to pay my balance in full and get it over with, his personality was sympathetic and he was willing to help. Thanks Russell

I was sent to this company by Hertz, via a billing error on their part! I spoke to Sam Gardner, who was so rude and obnoxious. I was just trying to inform him that the error was a billing error from Hertz but he spoke over me, and would not let me finish. He actually said, "call back when you have you Happy Pants On!" I swear I must be getting punked. Is this a real business? Hertz should be ashamed to be connected with such a company!
