Ms. Meizel proved to be an empathetic, understanding, and truly caring individual in what can only be called a horrific nightmare for my daughter and I. I am not accustomed to anyone telling me how to raise my children, especially a court system that bases its decisions on anything but truth. Ms. Meizel quickly understood the situation and ensured that the visitations we were forced to endure were stress free, happy, and positive experiences. Ms. Meizel was always on time and ensured that there was no contact between the CP and myself. She was cheerful and went to great limits to ensure my 10 year old daughter was comfortable, engaged, and felt safe. I can't thank her enough for her professionalism and kindness. She encouraged both my daughter and I and although it isn't an ideal situation, using Ms. Meizel for supervised visitation is an assurance for any parent that the focus is on what is ultimately of importance, the child.

Honestly, being introduced to this type of work from a client’s perspective can get confusing and turn into a wild goose chase. Thankfully and by God’s grace I ran into Dana. This lovely woman helped guide me and basically helped me clear up this headache of a task without ever even outright hiring her. She gave me all the information I was looking for and because she herself is out of my area helped me with names and ideas on how to proceed. She also offered and is there as somebody that will allow you to ask her if the direction you are headed is the correct direction, and you better believe that in this line of work and the bizarre things that can happen, is of immense value. All of this simply from a phone call. Her true professionalism and amazing rapport makes me want to move to her area just so I can hire her. Dana, was great at providing supervised monitoring to my ex-husband and son. She was unbiased and very professional. She assisted my son and his father to reconcile their relationship.

Ms. Miezel showed the up most respect for my husband, myself and our son. I'm very appreciative of your help during our time of need. I pray we never get in this situation again. However, if we do I will definitely use her services.

If I could give her a 0 rating, I most definitely would. Ms. Dana is not honest in her dealings and not unbiased as it is required of her to be.

She is very unprofessional citing that she spoke very openly about her disgust with another therapist at our initial meeting and it was ongoing. She disclosed information to me that she purposely withheld from the noncustodial parent she was supposed to be supervising.

Upon dropping off my child with Ms.Dana she was very rude and abrupt even hanging up in my face when I asked for clarity about a drop off. When confronted, she tried to gaslight me in true narcissistic fashion. She bizarrely accused me of not being able to forgive like she was apart of a lasting relationship with me not like she was being paid to perform a service.

She kept making excuses for the noncustodial parent which I thought was odd. I have saved all text messages as well as other dialogue with her to substantiate every claim that is made therein.

When I did tell her that the noncustodial parent was not trying to communicate with me or called me a name she quickly came to his defense, again for what reason I'm unaware of. I urge you to exercise caution when hiring her. She thinks that because she is a mother of 4 and has a Bachelor's that that makes her exceptional at her job when in fact one's ability to have children does not measure to or equate to the quality of life that that children may have.

Update: This woman proved to be more demented than I previously concluded. She made false claims to the court in retaliation to a honest review of her "services". She gets her friends and family to write about her work because she lacls any type of integrity. She wrote that I did not provide a medicine for my child and the noncustodial father did unwittingly knowing that that is actually impossible because I handle all of our son's needs. I, along with witnesses, had to provide statements refuting her malicious claims. This woman is a senior citizen but can't mature enough to not indulge in lies and would risk her career lying to the court over claims that can easily be refuted with evidence. I provided all texts as well as call records while she tried to misconstrue the truth about her lack of boundaries, lack of integrity, lack of professionalism. No one could pay me enough money for myself or son to be in the presence of her sick energy. Consider yourself forewarned. Go on other sites reviewing her if she hasn't been so paranoid to try to have her reviews deleted. Look at the similarities and differences to these reviews. She needa her license revoked. She is a hardly a monitor.

Dana is a professional monitor who maintains neutrality and strives to make every visit pleasant. She is not a mediator and no one should expect her to be one. The courts handles all parental issues. A monitor should not be expected to act in the role of the mediator. Thanks again for making my supervised visitation experience with my children a pleasant one.
