Utilized Scott & Corley, PA and their excellent Real Estate Department for our residential closing last year. Communication was top-notch and there were no surprises at the closing table. Thanks to Matt and the team at S&C for the smooth transaction!

Recently used Scott and Corley to close my residential refinance. The firm, and its representatives, were exceptional. Their timeliness, knowledge, and responsiveness made this particular experience the best encounter I personally have had with any law firm.

Looks like this law firm has recieved some excellent reviews. Too bad that their receptionist was incrediblely rude and argumentative. I rarely write reviews good or bad unless i feel its extremely warranted.
I've worked reception and customer service related jobs for over 10 years. Thr goal should always be to provide the best and most helpful service as possible, not get them off the phone as quick as you can by interrupting, being condesending, and refusing to let the caller speak to anyone else because of poor service.

Scott & Corley handled a real estate transaction for my family a few months ago, and it was done in a professional, timely manner. The friendly staff were a pleasure to work with and made the legalities understandable to each of us. I would recommend them as a firm with high standards, excellent work, and yet a comfortable environment for any legal issues you may have. I certainly plan to use them in the future.

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience. As a Realtor, it is my duty to stay in contact with the firm to keep my client up to date on timelines. Scott and Corley's real estate team is the worst firm I have ever worked with. Delayed or absent communication, every time I call the assigned paralegal "had just stepped out." One day I called, she had just stepped out, then I mentioned who I was with, and she magically reappeared to answer the phone. After sending Carmen(the paralegal) an email on a Monday, I did not hear back from her for over a week until I finally picked up the phone and called to get an answer. Then since they don't do mail away closings(which they knew from the beginning my client was in Staten Island, NY but Carmen once again didn't think that was important information and they informed me of this four days before closing) so I had to find a different attorney who would accept all of the files from them in order to not have ANOTHER delayed closing after three extensions. The attorney (Rushton Harrison) also takes more than 24 hours to get back to an active client. I completely understand how busy they can be, but when there is a closing that was having as many issues as we were having, I expect the response time to reflect such. Whatever you do...take your closings somewhere else. Sure hope the partners in the firm are not as slack.
