My fiancée called here last week to try to resolve a matter in which she was wrongfully accused of a crime, and was basically laughed at and dismissed. Someone, I'm not sure if it was the attorney or one of the employees, made a lewd, off-handed comment to her that made her feel like a piece of property rather than a person. I am unsure which action to take next, if any. But as a small business owner myself, I cannot condone this type of behavior towards potential clients.

Called about a case for my brother's fiancée last week, and was treated very poorly. We quickly sought out help from another firm who helped us tremendously. After both she and I called here asking about her matter, Alex and I will not be recommending this firm. Made us feel very uncomfortable.
