Not professional at all. When I asked questions all I was told is I don’t know.
I was told a higher price than what my closing was from homemax. I was told I was going the get the difference back. It’s been sever weeks now and still no check back. I have contacted homemax where I’m purchasing my modular house about the issue. They told him the check was sent. Two weeks later still no check. I have left another message today. Let’s see if I get an answer back!!
The lawyer made a mistake and charged the land owner for roll back taxes. I am going to use the money that is owed to me to pay the land owner back.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS LAWFIRM!!!!

Initial contact from Elise made me want to request a different closing attorney, she was rude, unprofessional and treated me like a vagrant off the street. Selling my home for almost $400,000 you would think someone would be a little more professional. Disgusted to say the least, not impressed and hope that Chris finds someone quick so as not to loose any more clients. Two thumbs down!
