Needed you last year!

I been trying to get a hold of Darcy Templeton who helped me close on my home to have my spouse added because she forgot to in july. I been calling and emailing for three months and she won't return my calls or emails. secondly I just got my closing documents and warranty packet officially several months later. I'm not sure what I did to Darcy. Maybe because I'm from another state and not a southerner. I'm not sure why she has been dodging me
