I’m giving 1 star due to the very unprofessional rude receptionist NAMED LYANN who hung up on me twice because she couldn’t answer a question that she wasn’t sure of. Instead of putting me on hold to find out. She said i don’t think they do that and I asked well why does it say you can online and then she hung up I called back twice and she hung up again. Go find somewhere else to work LYANN if you can’t handle questions from clients because you are in the wrong field and potentially causing this law firm to lose out on money and clientele because of your awful customer service!!!

After several calls over 3 weeks it turns out that Mr. Berger never got any of the messages. Each time I called LeeAnn seemed to have never heard of me. I finally made and appointment and got absolutely nothing for my time and money. I mean nothing. Nothing was taken care of except the cashing of my check. After I hired a new attorney who got everything done in a very timely manner I wrote Mr. Berger a letter. I have had no response at all. Either he got some money and knows he is shed of me or LeeAnn never even gave him the letter. I'll never know.

Mr. Berger will be happy to accept payment for his services even though, in my experience, his services are non-existent. He cared for my family and my mother's estate as though we had value equal to that of the rocks in his landscaping.
