I found this attorney to be very aloof and unhelpful. Contacted my employer to redirect me to someone else. Her advise was to contact the "collector for myself" I thought the point was to get legal council so that I could be prepared before I went. Very unprofessional

I had a very poor experience with ms brown. As others have said she seems uninterested and is more focused on payment then client relationships. I came due to a city citation issue. She asked me to explain my situation which I had to repeat many times as if she just wasn’t paying attention. Then we went over her fees which would be reasonable if the job was actually done. A part of her fee was to go to court with us once. She was actually so late for the date that we had already extended our court date. She added nothing to the meeting. Then she had the audacity to ask for additional funds to go to court for the actual hearing. I found her unhelpful as well as unprofessional considering her continued tardiness in all our meetings as well as lack of communication unless I reached out to her. I would not recommend or use again.
