UPDATE: Although Mr. Hayes is a good lawyer I am very disappointed in the outcome of my case. How does the lawyer get more money then me. I was talked into settling and then got the very short end of the stick. I hope I never get into a car accident again but if I do I will do more research of who I choose next time as a lawyer.

Charges too much 33.33% of gross proceeds, he takes it out of the gross proceeds and on top deducts advances and expenses totaling almost $200 which don’t even have receipts for, took 6 months to settle a claim From a vehicle accident, Hard to reach, you only talk to a paralegal , wouldn’t recommend him, him and dr caputto got more than what injured person received
