Wow! I called today to have my name removed from their mailing list, I was insulted by the legal assistant "Marina Jimenes Perry. I was very polite on the phone when I called and she treated horribly. She mocked me yelled and screamed at me and she called me a criminal. I wanted to report her to the attorney but got her on the phone each time. What happened to innocent until proven guilty???
