I gave him one star because there's nothing less you can give them. The staff is rude and I tried to explain that I had got sick I quit my job in April 2016 and apply for disability because I was so sick and then when I got better I went back to work and now I'm trying to pay it and they are just rude

I have an account with this firm and I have never had a problem with them.The staff and attorneys are very nice and professional. I feel as if some people expect to be treated well after they mistreat the staff and they don't need to tolerate rude and disrespectful defendants. People need to practice what they preach and treat others as they would like to be treated. ☺

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The website says that they will process payments over the phone. False. Website also says, there is an option to log in and review your account and balance. False also. Once I am done with this company, I will be so thankful and pray that I will never ever have to deal with them again.

This place have the worst employees ever that work in there payment office very rude and disrespectful hangs phone up in your face hates to give information about an account very argumentative although we are on a payment plan we still have rights to our account information as well understanding what’s going With our payments they treat you as if you are a bad person for having a payment plan and they act as if they have some kind of power over you definitely needs training on customer service I rate a 0 had to press 1 star to move forward that’s a -star

Susanna and the supervisor are really rude. The supervisor was yelling on the phone. Customer service sucks. They don't try to work with people when they are willing to make payments. Just rude.

Worst Customer Service in the history of Customer Service. Oh let me clear it up I'm not a customer as I was told I was a " Decendant" not a customer. I was told several times when I asked to speak with Candace Boutwell I was told she don't want to talk to me because I am not a Customer I am a " Decendant". Worst experience ever still have not made contact with Candace Boutwell.

Customer service is terrible and they care about nothing but money. Cut throat dirty business. Wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

Great firm. Attorneys are very knowledgeable and approachable and the staff is very responsive and helpful.
