The attorney knowingly closed on my home without disclosing that we had a lien on the title. The buyers of our home did not show up to the signing. We received a phone call a day after closing from the attorney stating that we would not be getting the funds to purchase our new home. This left my family and I displaced and homeless. We had put down money towards a new home with a contingency to sell. We were unable to get that money back. Everyone got what they wanted both Relators received more money from the sale of our home than we did (KellerWilliams) Advice come with your own closing attorney if you are selling!

Great firm, easy to work with staff with a "get it done" attitude. My client is 92 and there were some last minute hiccups that could have easily delayed our closing but I have to say that between the lender and the attorney they made sure that this one got done on time and that is really important to the client.
