I see that a bad reveiw I wrote a year ago was deleted. It's a little ironic and sad. I have a right to speak my truth and I will certainly follow up with Google on my deletion However, i will enter the key highlights from the negative experience with Tuggle. The biggest issue is that Tuggle will just drop you and your case if he looses. There is no opportunity with him to pursue post judgement relief. When I questioned him about "just dropping me off", he said not to call him again. OMG! Can you imagine an attorney saying that! It may be his choice to continue with you as a client, but he is supposed to send you a withdrawal notice with certain disclaimers and so. He sneaked one past me...about 2 months after he abandoned me. I found out about it when I went to the courthouse. I shouldn't have. I never say it, but I believe I was told he said their was a conflict of interest. Well, he did tell me not to call him and I did need to file motions within 20 days after judgement. So I had to do the motions myself and send it to the opposing party. So If I contact opposing counceil to inquire if they received my paper, how is it a conflict of interest. In addition, he was CC on emails....but he never answered. Another thing I found out, is that he was claiming another attorney doesn't know what they are doing, but i found out it was him. After fact checking, I discovered the deceit. Last, he told lies about receiving notices from the court. You can claim you never received notice one minute then when a bar complaint comes in, you then switch up and claim that you received notice. I am not the first person he just up and abandoned like this. I respest that your relationship with Tuggle maybe different from mine. I hope you understand that what I went through with him and what he said and did to me is an unforgetable experience that shows me first hand what a bad attorney is and what they will do to save their license.
