I would not recommend. I wish i could take the 1 star away. My accident was 3/11/19. Here we are 2 weeks from one year and not once have i spoken to my attorney . I have spoken to his associate Charles Day a number of 3 times . Today he called to tell me that out of my 14,000 settlement i will only receive $600. They will receive over 4x more than i will , Funny they receive more than the person actually injured. It took them 3 months to get my bill reduced $500 might i add i had to call and email myself on my own behalf and it took less than two weeks to get done doing it on my own . Not sure who they are working for because IT IS NOT THE CLIENT. They definitely need more practice , a waste of time for a lifetime of pain.

I was injured on my job. The following day I saw a commercial from Griffin Law Firm speaking on workers comp. I gave them a call and the process was smooth and quick, thanks to the professionalism of my workers comp case manager Brenda Ramirez.

If you want a law firm that had your best interest at heart, keep looking. If you want a law firm that will do their job ethically and not just rush you throughout the process, keep looking. If you are on immediate need of funds, from your injuries or loss, keep looking. Not only does this place NOT lend out themselves. They use a third party lender that only offers only 600 at a time. That wasn't even enough to get me a down payment on a new vehicle to continue working. Also this firm did not consider my lost wages at all . Throughout this process, I was only allowed to speak to the attorney once. Besides that they passed me around from paralegal to paralegal. Half of the time they couldn't get my details right. Dealing with this law firm was more stressful than the accident itself. Do you research and save your self from the headache.

Case worker Felicia Jones is by far the most unprofessional ppl I’ve ever encountered! Got in an accident in June here it is December and all I receive is attitude or voicemail and no returned calls. Most of these post are bias. Mr. Griffin did nothing for me for two years except refer me to another firm that ripped me off. I never got medical help, legal questions answered or assistance on my case. Everything that was done was done by me. I would highly recommend you go somewhere else if you need legal help is my opinion.

I do not even want to give this firm a 1. They should be given less than 0.... My case auto accident, NOT MY FAULT!! RESULT,,, herniated DISKS and NERVE DAMAGE from the neck right down to the base of my spine a life time struggle. Doc advised will be a life time struggle. It's now been 16 months and I am having pain everyday! They do not work on yr behalf. This lawyer told me that if I went to court and get a judgement I could possible not see a penny , because the person at fault would file for bankruptcy and I would end up owing him over $10,000!
I guess he knows their financial situation.( Looking out for the at fault individual not me). He says.... "Let me look at the car they were driving. Oh no! they can't afford a lawsuit because,the car the girl was driving was an old car' his exact words. As if that had anything to do with it.!!!!

I was on the verge of being in the streets. Kicked out of my apartment because I could not pay my rent., I was tired stressed and In pain, bills piling up.. I was forced to take the limited liability.
My life has been a rollercoaster since then. Can't even attempt to do something to bring any money, I was unable to replace my car. Why , why!

Rude abrasive, and just plain frustrating. The person assigned to my case resorted to communicating with me only through email guess she did want to hear my voice... never once was I disrespectful to them.
I felt they knew what background I was form and so.ooo who the hell cares. I tried to express my concern to Mr Griffin. He started yelling at me, talking while I was talking, and telling me that he never gives his client to take anything they were uncomfortable with. This is after repeatedly saying I refuse the minimum... I would like to go to court. Considering what is would have to live with. He is the lawyer for heaven's sake you get money he gets money. No lawyer should use their knowledge of the law against their own client. It's unethical and adds insult to injury. LITERALLY!

Didn't I deserve to be treated better. Didnt I deserve to be better represented. Think about this before you make a decision that you might regret for the rest of your life.. I'm totally regretting mine!!!!!!!

I used this firm for am auto accident I had and they were fantastic!! This was a hard time in my life and I was referred to them by a family member. So far I have no complaints with this law firm. Brett Schoyer is awesome and Sarah Kooyman has been so helpful. My case isn't settled yet, but up to now they have been exceptional. I would definitely use them again if I had the need...

I still have back pain to this day. That's the reason I did not want to settle and was threatened that if I didn't accept it within an hr I would be offered less by the case manager. I am still in pain.

Brett Schyoer called me and said that I lied on Michelle..., unethical con artist DO NOT CHOOSE this law firm. Brett is upset because I still want to speak to Richard Griffin about what's been going on. At first he says no I couldn't speak to him then says ,"You want to pile on Michelle even more?" My uncle is a lawyer I've kept him informed of everything since May 2017 I don't have to lie. I was trying to find a way to fire them in May and I was informed that they had a lean on my file. Before this mail situation I called to File a complaint over a week ago. They told me to contact Brett see what he says and I knew he wouldn't believe me. I don't feel comfortable with him now or her. BRETT was respectful up until this point.

Michelle Hernandez hung up in my face because I said she was more sympathetic towards workers comp. I did not curse at her and she hung up in my face. Forced and pressured me and talked to me with attitude like I was bothering her. Left up to her we wouldn't have spoken for weeks.

I have been quiet for too long. I always try and give people the benefit of the doubt but no one has a "bad day" everytime you've called them for over 2 months. I have been mishandled, I was pressured to settle they showed more sympathy towards workers comp than me. I was not receiving my benefits every week like I was supposed to but every 2 weeks wasn't fixed til I complained. I was initially told 3 weeks then told 6 which turned into 7 weeks about receiving it. I wasn't informed about the status of my case, I never was able to see them in person, they did not investigate I gave them all of the information. Michelle Hernandez told me herself that they DO NOT investigate anything. Spoke to my actual lawyer Brett twice in 3 mo, he claims he was there for every phone call I had with Michelle but when I would ask to talk to him Michelle said," um he's going to tell you the same thing."
He was pleasant and my case manager michelle hernandez is the worst you could imagine. It's been many nights I've wondered how I was going to pay my bills before and was showed zero compassion she just kept repeating herself like I was ruining her day by even calling. I have never been talked down to, rushed, more ignored than I have been dealing with Hernandez. I know she's mentioned " they don't care if you lose your car or get kicked out on the street" with a get over it kind of attitude when actually she doesn't care. I have been penalized....which I informed her she sighs where I could hear it. She acts like she has been injured, refused medical care, pressured and played. So many times I've cried because of things she had said to me. I shouldn't have ever picked this law firm. I'm tired of asking multiple people ," Is this how it's supposed to be? Are they supposed to be acting this way? Saying these things? " I have been disrespected she hung up in my face while I was still talking. This has caused me stress, fatigue, I have no interest in anything I just want to move on with my life and make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.

even told me that my employer wasn't suppose to contact me if I had council and I told Michelle that. I'm not the only with a bad review. Michelle even tried to bring up how she was a mother when I was crying telling her I didn't want to settle that I was still in pain.

As an alumna of Emory University I make it a point to conduct business within our network when possible. That influenced my decision to select Richard Griffin’s firm for my mother after her car accident, and is why I am particularly disappointed in their service, or lack thereof. Her case manager, Mrs. Baldwin, though pleasant, did a poor job of communicating throughout the process. We even had to drop by their office unannounced on two occasions in hopes of getting a status update, since the occasional phone call to inquire was usually not returned.

Thirteen months after the accident, my mother’s case was partially settled. I say partially because, although the firm was paid in full, my mother was owed more than two thousand five hundred dollars, due to a double payment. Now, more than a year since then, they’ve made virtually no effort to recover this money on her behalf, despite agreeing to due so in her settlement statement.

Just over a month ago, my mother sent a certified letter to Mr. Griffin, detailing her experience with his firm. Giving him the benefit of the doubt that perhaps he didn’t know what had transpired, she requested that he review and rectify this situation. He did not even have the decency to respond.

When you hire a firm to represent you, it is expected that any agents of that firm will actually do so, vigorously when necessary, advocating on your behalf and definitely not add stress to an already stressful situation. That unfortunately was not the case here. To say that I am disappointed is actually an understatement.

I do not recommend this attorney's office. Customer service is great in the beginning but later a different story if no money to be made. Warning and good luck to anyone that proceeds with this office.

By far the best law firm in the area, Brett is fantastic and the rest of the staff are great.

Have not gotten a call back in months. My case have been active for half a year and no progress. I call about once a week and have heard nothing. Go to another firm that actually communicates with their clients.

Friend recommended this law firm for an injury I had and I am glad I took her suggestion. The staff are genuinely caring people who give you the time and patience a lot of places do not. There were no calling games that I had to play back and forth to contact the individuals I needed to speak to. This law firm is excellent in my opinion when it comes to workman's comp, however if your claim involves both workman's comp and personal injury at the same time, it's a disappointment to their clients. Especially when the clients continually ask about the personal injury case EACH & EVERY time when speaking with the office & BEFORE signing any documents the same question was asked and the same answers was given (1) No need to worry about it, your WC will not affect your PERSONAL INJURY CASE..and all the reasons behind it.. (2) The question was asked again on the final WC before signing. ..AND the same answer was given. Well, they did work on the PI case but found out it was a little bit more time consuming and decided to drop the PI case and advised the client they could pursue the Personal Injury case on their own. NO advance notice given. What I FOUND OUT by doing my OWN research from my colleagues who are attorneys in other states and ONE here in GA, the claims should've been worked on at the time. The claim wasn't worked on at the same time because we were TOLD the WC had to be settled FIRST and then the office can work on the PERSONAL INJURY. Ratings and Reviews are important when your health depends upon it. Honesty and integrity is very important. Your words should account for something and in this case.. left to dry. SAD. PLZ do your research on everything you do. Excellent for WC..in my opinion. .disappointed with the rest.

Now listen to me carefully folks. Have you ever noticed that all law offices have very high ratings? Yeah, this one too!
Not only did they didn't do anything for my case ... they treated me like the thing that floats in the toilet. After [53] days off the job, you have to ask yourself do you go back to work or pretend that your still hurt as one of their attorneys suggested to me.
The insurance company refused to do anything because my case manager says "You have to bare with me because I'm new at this", so the insurance company sensed the same thing and didn't have to do anything.
So, the attorney who had been on vacation like forever ... finally called me today yelling at me and treating like I was the insurance company on cross examination.
He had a pretext to his attitude. He was told that I quit the company that I was working for because they stole some of my stuff while I was off. He was on my case/back about going to work, then telling me to tell them that I can't work any more due to pain.
That wasn't all the way true. I do have a little pain left from my diagnosis that was done by the VA Hospital! I am well enough to go back to work. But, I'm supposed to stay at home and get evicted so that this law firm can reap the benefits of my old injuries, which was told to me by Griffin, that if increases the case value by [65% -70%], while I get to sleep on the streets.
So ... since I went back to work, the junior associate who has been doing this for "[15] years" ... Told me that he was dropping my as a client because I am playing games.
On the contrary ... I wasn't playing the games like he wanted ... is the reason that they dropped me!
I figure like this ... I haven't gotten anything out of this deal but my health back (Which is the best thing). But they also get nothing for doing nothing. That way we come out even!
No, No, No I wouldn't recommend that anyone use an attorney that is attached in any way to a TV commercial.

They breach contracts,low ball you on they actual value of your case. Do not use tv lawyers! Report them to the state bar as I have done myself. Stay away they are crooked and move very slow! Do not care about getting you the right amount for your settlement. The have a track record of breaching privacy. PLEASE REPORT THEM TO THE STATE BAR!
