MY FAMILY WAS RELEASED FROM THE DOCTOR ON AUG.20 and WE CALL BURROW AN TALK TO OUR CASEWORKER ..SHE TOLD US IT WILL BE ABOUT 2 TO 3 WEEKS ..TO GET ALL OUR DOCTOR RECORDS AND BILLS..
BUT ONCE SHE GET THEM I WILL GIVE YOU ALL A CALL..WE SAID OKAY..4WEEKS PASS AND WE DID NOT HER FROM HER SO WE CALL..AND SHE SAID WE HAVE ALL YOUR RECORDS AND I WILL PRESENTED AN OFFERING AND I SAID OKAY..I CALL BACK ABOUT 2 WEEKS,TO FINE OUT WE HAD A NEW CASEWORKER ..AN SHE TOLD ME AND MY HUSBAND SHE WILL BE GETTING OUR DOCTOR RECORDS AND BILL TOGETHER (BUT REMEMBER THE OLD CASEWORKER TOLD US SHE HAD ALL OUR PAPER WORK)...SO WE REAPPLIED TO THE CASEWORKER OK..CALL HER 2WEEKS AFTER STILL WAITING ON PAPER WORKS..SO I CALL 1800 HELP TO SEE IF WE CAN CHANGE ATTORNEY AND THE LADY REAPPLIED LET ME REACH OUT TO THEM BECAUSE IF YOU CHANGE ATTORNEY IT WILL TAKE LONGER..SO ABOUT.IN 10 MINUTES MS.REBECCA CALL AND STATED WE GOING TO GET YOUR FAMILY PAPER TOGETHER TO SUBMIT AN OFFERING(WHY DID I HAVE TO CALL 1800 HELP.).
BUT IN ABOUT 2 WEEKS THE CASEWORKER CALL TO GO OVER OUR PAPER WORKS AND THE OFFERING WE GOING TO SUBMIT..SO IN 30 DAYS WE CALL AND THE CASE WORKER REAPPLIED THE INSURANCE CO.DID NOT ACCEPT THE OFFERING SO THE ATTORNEY WANTED YOU ALL TO GO DOWN ABOUT 50000 DOLLARS ALOT
BUT WE SAID OKAY..2 WEEKS LATER THEY DID NOT ACCEPT THAT NEITHER
SO ATTONERY DARRELL WOULD LIKE FOR US TO GO DOWN 5000 dollars.
I REAPPLIED WE GO DOWN 2000 AND SHE SAID OKAY..BUT THE NEXT DAY I CALL TO SEE IF I COULD MEET WITH ATTORNEY DARRELL ..SO I MEET WITH MR.DARRELL AND THE CASEWORKER SO DARRELL BEGIN TELLING ME ABOUT MY CASE AND MY HUSBAND AND MR.DARRELL STATED HE HAVE NOT EVEN LOOK OVER MY BABY CASE..REALLY
NOTHING POSTIVE EVERYTHING NEGATIVE..DARRELL SAID WE MIGHT HAVE TO GO TO COURT BECAUSE THE INSURANCE COMPANYING NOT GOING UP AND I AM NOT SURE I WOULD WANT TO GO TO COURT BECAUSE I HAVE TO PAY OUT ALOT OF MONEY AND I AM NOT SURE THE CASE WORTH IT..(DARRELL )I NEED TO THINK ABOUT IT...SO WOULD YOU WANT SOMEONE TO REPRESENT YOU IF HE NOT SURE...SO I HIRED A NEW ATTORNEY ..AND GUESS WHAT ?THEY DID A LIEN

These atorneys do not help you and you only get directed to Rebecca Moiner who is rude and acts like you are bothersome when you ask about what is happening with the case, as if it was not my business to know what is happening in my own case. The attorneys do not call you back even though the paralegal promises and I took my case to another lawfirm. This law firm is just out for my money and the only person who helped me was Darrell Burrow, but he only saw me one time when I signed up to hire them, and then you just get passed around threw the rude staff. I had a second car accident and hired another firm. The atorney said that this firm settled my case for less than got owed to me and that I got ripped off. This firm is nice when you heir them but then you only get to talk to paralegals who don't know what they are doing and if you complain about it they just transfer you to rebecca moiner who hangs up on you. I am so glad with the second accident we went with my pastur's atorney

A lazy no good firm, the paralegal in charge called me verbally abusive when I asked about child support leen that my caseworker determined I didnt have to pay but was holding up settlement. It takes a very long time to get ur check, u hardly talk to any lawyer and none of the people knows what they are talking too except rabecca who never will answer messages you leave and if and when she did was extremely rude, did not answer my questions and contradicted what my casemanager tol me and said the lawyers were too busy to talk to me

First really sorry English is not my first language,but I try.
First day of school a big commercial truck,hit the back of my SUV, I have to take my wife and son to the hospital.
I call this lawyer he went to my house,send me right away to the therapist, we start going to therapy, that was the last time I spoke with him, from that point if I call in the morning they told me I have to call after 3 pm,about my case wait more than 10 minutes,and the manager of the office just told me my case is being dropped,because the insurance is claiming that I have more injury cases and is a fraud investigation.
This was the first time someone hit me in the back of my car.
Never ever I made a claim in the past about injuries.
I have to pick up the police report and fax it to them,any time that I call ,we don't have it yet.
I faund out who was the insurance company for the commercial driver, because this people were trying to do the claim on my insurance.
What really piss me off is,when the lawyer when to my house he said don't worry we are professionals we will take care of you, don't worry about hospital bills or the therapist because we will help you out, now
THEIR COSTUMER SERVICE IS SO POOR,THAT I CAN MAKE A GO FUND ME PAGE FOR THEM., I have now $12.000 in emergency room bills for my wife and son, and I'm the top of that I have to pay more bills for the therapist this guys send me. Now I don't know what to do.
This people definitely make things worse.

Met with Mr. Darrell Burrows today about my personal injury claim, He clear up some mis-understanding and mis- conceptions that I had about the process and values of a personal injury claims. A conversation that I should have had before I posted a negative review. This was my first every personal injury claim, and I hope my last, but now that I have some clarity on what the Burrows Law firm has done on my behalf, I feel satisfied that I did hire the right firm for the job. I apologize to Mr. Darrell Burrows and his firm and say thank you for taking the time to personally meet with me today. My advise to anyone hiring an attorney for the first time is t take some time and due you due diligence. Make sure you totally understand the details of your case!. Did not have a good experience, It took over a year to get an answer from the insurance company and once I did the settlement amount was not what I expected, and I wasn't expecting a large settlement but I had hoped that I would a least cover the down payment on the car I had to buy because my car was totaled. only covered 1/3 of what I had to pay out of pocket. Hope to never need a lawyer again but if I do will not use them.

Absolutely fantastic experience with this law firm. Highly professional, thoroughly competent, and I would recommend this law firm to every person.

My experience so far with th his law firm has been awful. I was in an automobile accident back in Dec of 2015 and received medical attention from a chiropractic office nearby. The investigator recommended Attorney Burrows with high regard and I thought I would be with someone who would walk me throughout this legal process and to help me understand my rights as a client/victim. Instead, once my medical file was finally released, I reached out on a weekly basis to see if my file had been worked. Finally, after a month and a half, the young lady calculated my estimates and within 5 minutes, she called me back with the numbers. I explained to her the reason for my calls was I was using the proceeds for a down payment for my house. She said she would get this to the rep once she returned from vacation. She went on to explain that once the demand letter goes out, the insurance team has up to 30 days to respond, but assured me the process would be quick after that. Monday came and I called and spoke with the representative and she conveyed the same numbers and told me she would have the attorney sign it. That was done on June 20th. I have not received a copy of the demand letter and was not given a reason why I should not have received it. I realize they have other clients and cases they may consider more important than mine, but I am a paying client who has suffered damages and believes should be treated better than this. If I need legal representation in the future, I will not use this office nor provide a referral.

Update 6:41pm: after my post, the rep contacted me and listened to my concerns and emphasize with my frustrations. She was very apologetic and assured me they are fighting for my case and have my best interest. Thank you Attorney Burrows for the fast follow up and for letting me know you care.

Love this firm. I can call a hundred times they were never rude always professional. I'm just waiting on my settlement. I would highly recommend them.
