I closed with Tejal at Raymer Law Group in Sept. of 2018 and I could not have had a better experience. Tejal was a pillar of professionalism! Some would even say she's "The Great Bambino" of closing attorney's. I would Highly recommend them and will definitely use them again when moving to a new home!

This review is actually from my technologically illiterate father who recently closed with the Raymer Law Group;) He says there is no better partner in the real estate transaction process than staff at Raymer Law Group. Closing on a home is a complicated process with so many things that can go wrong. You need more than just an attorney who points all the problems or presents a thousands excuses for delays or errors, you need a partner who is proactive and anticipates such issues and addresses them (often without you ever knowing there was issues). Repeatedly there have been issues at the last second and Raymer Law Group baled us out as if they were family. My seller was thrown in jail prior to closing and Tammy from Raymer Law Group went in person a significant distance to secure the necessary signatures for a power of attorney. The next closing, Scott Baker, successfully rescued a seller who thought he had addressed everything through probate to sell his deceased parent's home, but at the last second had not. They do all this without complaint or additional expense to my client. They are truly more than a closing firm, they are a partner in our home selling process.

Worst Title Company I have dealt with in 40 years in the Mortgage Industry. Took 2 days after the close and funding by the lender to get settlement funds. Then they wired to wrong account by leaving off last digit of account number . Then they denied it and said wrong info was given even though they had a canceled check. Too busy closing too many loans to do them right or follow up. Took 5 hours just to get one call back.

Any transaction has the potential for problems which is why it's so important to choose an experienced and knowledgeable law group. My most recent transaction seemed fine till the day we were hoping to close. Title search hadn't come back. Apparently, there was an issue with the title from many years ago. This issue was not found when the seller bought the house 3 years ago. I am very thankful for the thorough search that caught this issue. Even though we had to delay the closing by 2 days...RLG did everything they could to close on Friday before the seller left for a planned vacation. Unfortunately that meant we were not able to have the closing in our preferred location, but the important thing is that we were able to get it closed so quickly and efficiently. I definitely made the right choice using RLG.

I will never use this firm to close a Real Estate transaction. Never answer the phone calls and lack of customer services. they even want to change closing time and location within one day of closing . I was representing the seller side so it was not my choice it was the buyer side to choose the attorney office.

As a Realtor you need to have a good team helping you get to your closing. Raymer Law Firm is my go to closing attorney! They work hard to get you to closing! The staff is hard working and friendly! You can tell they want this closing to happen as much as you do! They go over and above to help you!

If it was not the last minute I would not use this company. They want to charge an extra fee to file the paperwork that they charging for anyways. They want to double charge to file the same paperwork.

Raymer Law Group was quite patient. The took time to answer any and all questions prior to closing. Nedra, the attorney was very accommodating and explained and answered every question the client had. Every phone call and email was addressed immediately. The process was seamless. I look forward to many more closings with MT&T/Raymer Law Group.

Closing attorney showed up 45 minutes late for a 3:00 meeting, looked like he had just woken up, and had no copies of the documents I signed. Furthermore, communication leading up to the closing was poor (at best) and did nothing to prepare the parties involved. It was without a doubt the most disorganized mess of a closing I have ever been party to. I would strongly suggest finding another closing attorney if you are in the market for one.

TERRIBLE! We showed up for our scheduled closing yet the attorney never showed up. They didn't keep all parties informed with status updates and didn't try to rectify the situation in a timely manner. To make matters worse they were rude and nasty. Unprofessional.

HORRIBLE! We had to use them when selling our house. The week of closing they realized they were missing a document which delayed closing by another week. Then we sent very clear direction that our agent would pick up our check and mail it to us via overnight as we lived in another state. They could not follow the simplest instructions and mailed out the check standard mail against our wishes. When I called them, they were defensive and rude. Now we have no idea where the check is and no way to track it. They are incompetent and very unprofessional. They have made this entire process a nightmare.

I bought a house in Covington, GA and Raymer Law Group was the closing attorney firm that was recommended to my by agent. The I was far from impressed with their work. I ask for a 30 day closing, they were unable to do it because of research on title of property. So I was stuck with another week of hotel bills. The day of closing, all parties showed up on time except the attorney. No copies of the document were ready and everyone had to wait as copies were made. The attorney only hand out empty folders. I received the tax bill and called then to let them know the seller did not pay enough at closing for his portion of the tax. The said it was between the seller and buyer to work it out. Still have not received my deed for the property since I paid cash for the property. It was filed on on 8/3/2016 with Newton County and as per instruction sent back to the Raymer Law Group. Called the Law Group on Oct 3, and ask for the Deed. They said it was to be mailed on Tuesday. Why does it take two months to mail a document?
