I'm an Atlanta agent and recipient of the Top Producer award. I can't speak highly enough of Nelson and Galbreath. I always choose to close with Rachel Iverson if possible and have closed many transactions - all without a hitch. The team is the most responsive and efficient team I've ever worked with. They are unflappable in the most trying circumstances and closings are always flawless. Rachel and her team provide their cell numbers and answer almost 24/7. Their offices are beautiful, providing a wonderful atmosphere for a closing overlooking the lake. They also host complimentary classes on a variety of real estate subjects as well as many for CE credit.

WORST CLOSING EXPERIENCE EVER! They “lost” my proceeds check at the closing, NEVER wired payoff amount to my bank to close my loan and failed to notify the HOA that I sold the home. The issues started about 2 weeks before closing including them unable to contact my bank and confirm my loan, which was Wells Fargo, and asked me to get my own payoff information. The first gal apparently didn’t work there anymore and the next gal guessed my address incorrectly, then just said “yeah” when I corrected her. They never confirmed the address or time of closing after I made several requests to confirm. My agent who was traveling had to call them repeatedly. They would not let a covering realtor come into the closing who was acting on behalf of mine, so I was alone. They lost my proceeds during closing. I had to email and call repeatedly for a WEEK to get the to send my bank the payoff. I just found out that they never informed the HOA of the closing so I am receiving past due notices. I closed 2 months ago! To top it off the attorney, Rachel Iverson disappeared without a word for over 30min, never said congratulations to the new owner on his home, never thanked either one of us for our business and literally turned and walked out of the room. Unreal. I will never use this firm again and will be formerly reporting them to the board.

You can guarantee a smooth closing with Rachel Iverson. She can get any transaction closed in an hour or less and she’s a very nice attorney to work with. -Danielle Raghman

Best closing ever! Great team, easy process, quick closing.

We have refinanced our home twice with Rachel Iverson. The closings with her were night and day from our purchase which was stressful. We requested her for our second refinance based on our experience with her on our prior refinance.
