Great lawyer and looks out for your best interests!

This is the most inefficient law firm I've ever dealt with. Everything is last minute and no prep for upcoming mediation until the last minute. Unbelievable!!! Aside from the fact that they are taking basically 65% of my settlement, I cannot get anyone to contact me unless they need something. I tried to get a loan against my settlement and no company would do it when I gave his name. That's a bad reputation...my advice, run the other direction.

First off most of these great reviews are from the paralegals! I know because I've went through about 6 of them during my case & looked them up on social media! Once you sign for for Johnathan to accept to take your case is the first to almost the last time he will communicate with you unless force too! He will not fight for you, nor go out his way to get a second opinion on your injuries if your doctor is not up to par! High turnover rate with paralegals(some qualified/some unqualified). Likes to hold you for 2-3 yrs the settle out even if its low! Play word games on settlement amount! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU FINDING ANOTHER FIRM!!!

Find another attorney. They will not give you advice or direction during your case. They will not fight for you. After speaking with another well known local atty, they asked "who is your atty". When we told them John Rolnick, the attorney said, "Oh, they're not very good". After a year of suffering thru financial and physical pain, a big lesson has been learned. Never take the first attorney that takes your case and always due your research. My husband now has an injury affecting his everyday life and we ended up settling for less that 1 months pay because this attorney said we have basically lost the case (we're in the appeal process). Our appeal hearing is 6 days away. So when an atty says that to you, it gives you no faith that they will fight in the appeals hearing. This has been the hardest thing to deal with and having a lazy law firm makes whatever you're going thru 10x worse. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE find you an attorney that will disclose information, guide you in what you need to do to insure you case is strong and will fight for you and your family. Hiring this firm for my workers comp case was a big mistake. Not only do they not respect their clients they don't call them back either. The whole time they were on my case I was the one having to call them for updates. And even after I fired them they refused to send me copies of my case.

I decided to work with this firm because of a work related injury and decided to terminate them.. I felt like my case wasn’t being taken seriously and that things were still being prolonged. The case manager didn’t reach out to me and I never heard from my attorney.. with me deciding to terminate them I’ve asked the case manager to send over a letter/email to the insurance company so that they are aware that they have been removed and she has yet to do it. I feel like she didn’t care too much about doing her job, at times when we would speak I felt like she lacked confidence (from the time of her voice) I looked forward to working with this firm because I was confident in them to really get the job done.. I’ve experienced a lot of pain and suffering since my injury, due to the fact that I’m not able to work and I’m not getting paid for almost 2 months now and I feel like the firm did not make me feel important. They did not make me feel like they were doing everything in their power to help me with my case.
