Robyn was helpful when I called to clear up any questions I may have had, but Slover Law's receptionist was rude with me and became impatient and hung up. There was a mistake at her office on sending a correspondence to our office and there was no compromise to her impatience and rudeness. Wouldn't have been my first choice for Front Desk personnel.

Let me start off by saying after reading all the positive reviews I’m not sure what kind of people I encountered. I was in not one but 2 trucking accidents within 3 days with neither being my fault. However this was June 2017, I went 4 months without being able to contact Rhonda McCormick. Even when I called the office I would ask if she was in and the receptionist would say yes and transfer me only for me to get the voicemail.mind you I was not calling at all because I spent majority of my time mourning for the loss of my baby boy due to this accident. In December I called daily and was able to speak with someone name Ricky who was very helpful. I then waited until middle January to make contact again and after 6 days I finally was able to speak with her, and I was very concerned about the poor communication. I told her that the receptionist always said that she was at her desk, but she insisted that she been out and had been sick. I totally understand. She even gave me her cell phone number. Now its March 2018 I reached out to get an update and I sent a text 4 days later she text back only to give an excuse and promise to give me a call the next day after checking on my case status. I never got a call. So one week later I decided to call and I left a voicemail and then because it was still business hours I call the office. They transferred me and guess what she picked up. Let me just say she was so rude and very offended that I called her twice and left that one message and told me not to call. I was shocked and confused all at the same time when she clearly stated that she would call me the next day 1 week prior. To know that this person will be paid for her services and feel as though I was bothering her just because I called is unexceptionable. The entire duration of my time as a client she was clearly incompetent and clueless when it came to my case. She never knew anything and was never available the very few times that I called within my 9 months of being a client. I do not suggest that anyone do business with this law firm.

My case was transferred from another firm, which will remain nameless. After the lack of communication, lack of caring or showing any interest at all, I had my doubts on what I would get from this new attorney or his staff. I must say I was pleasantly impressed with the manner in which Mr. Slover introduced himself and reassured me his paralegal Rhonda would do all they could to earn my trust. Not only did Rhonda and Mr.Slover win my trust, they reworked my case. I got a larger settlement without going thru months, possibly years in court like my prior attorney tried to tell me, but they did it in just a few short months. After waiting a year and a half w/my nameless prior attorney, it was a blessing. And they actually returned emails and phone calls. Highly recommend!!!!

Have no proper form of communication with client I have to keep calling just to get rejected and no update. How do you no longer represent someone and don’t even let them know or contact or even pick up the phone to let the client know. How unprofessional.. then had a third party that was working with Sutton’s send me messages that Sutton was talking about us.

If you need a lawyer go else where communication sucks and they are unprofessional.

I was involved in a hit and run accident! I was struck by a vehicle as a pedestrian. I woke up in a hospital two days later and could not walk. I had no idea what to do? The police were of no help. A good friend contacted Sutton T Slover Law offices and explained that I was hit by a car and the police had no idea who the culprit was. Rhonda mccormick and Sutton T Slover checked for video surveillance within the department of transportation and the Atlanta police department. Nothing was available. They also had an investigator working with them to find the driver who struck me. Nothing was found. I had no idea how my medical bills would be paid, or if was able to take part in physical therapy. They were able to get me funding for my medical bills through a type of government grant, and found that my car insurance policy was written inaccurately. They then used there skills and the car insurance carrier covered 100% of my medical bills when it would only cover 20% previously. They were able to find many hidden clauses in my policy that allowed me to receive compensation for loss of work, pain and suffering, and full payment of my medical bills. Each time I went into the law office I was treated as a friend, and was greeted as family. Great Law firm, they really care!!

Three years ago I choose a TV attorney to handle my car accident case, who had no trial background. After getting the run around they transferred my case to Sutton as a lost, without the courtesy of even saying bye. Sutton was honest and determine to fight for me.
