After a minor car accident left my husband without a job and Safe Transportation, we naturally got behind on our credit cards and things started to mushroom. I cannot thank these guys enough. Always took care of care of my personal finances but took a risk opening a business and turns out it just was not my time. They are just after your money...They sweet talk you into bankruptcy just to get your money. Pain in the rear to get what they ask for. For example 7 months worth of paystubs and if you are married they require your spouses 7 months worth of paystubs too.They charged me an initial 400+ dollars just to pull my credit report. After thinking about it for several weeks it was too stressful to go on with the bankruptcy considering all the paperwork they require, so i decided to settle with my creditors instead. This law firm wanted more money to help me settle with my creditors so the initial 400+ did not count. This money is charged just to pull your credit report. This is bogus considering that you are already tight with money but they don't care. Instead of paying them more money to settle with my creditors i did it on my own. It would have been cheaper to settle with my creditors to begin with instead of messing around with a law firm like this one. THE ONE AND ONLY REASON WHY I CAME TO THIS LAW FIRM IS BECAUSE THEY HAD GOOD REVIEWS BUT I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY CAN HAVE SUCH GOOD REVIEWS. MUST BE FAKE REVIEWS?

I was in bad situation financially, and I turned to the internet to find good bankruptcy lawyer in Atlanta. They really seemed to be more personal and understanding firm and have the bankruptcy process squared away.

I can't say enough about the professional & family service I received from the Kent Law Firm. People take time to write about complaints, but I have to write about how I appreciated the great friendly treatment I received from them and their staff. I always received a return phone call and assistance with my concerns. Robert & Howard answered any and all of my questions. It was a very hard decision to file bankruptcy and they made me feel a little bit more comfortable. You are not a number at this law firm, they treat you like family. Even after my case was dismissed, I could still contact them regarding some of the creditors still harassing me. Now that is one makes them better then the rest.
