Everyone was very friendly and professional. I was offered refreshments as soon as I entered. I didn’t have to wait very long to meet with the attorney and everything was handled quickly and efficiently. The office itself was also very warm and inviting and beautifully decorated.

Work damn attorney firm EVER!! It's been 4 years since my car accident and I still haven't received my check! They never called to update me on the case, and when I would call the person in charge of my case was never around and that I would get a call back, witch never Did! I've called every other 2 days for the past 3 weeks and not once was my call received by attorney in charge of my case! DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM TO WORK ON YOUR CASE!! My accident was in November 2017, it is now October 2019 and I still have not received my settlement. My doctor even reached out to me and asked me if I received anything because apparently, he hadn’t received anything as well. When I reached out to them to ask why the doctor was calling me, they became very upset and reemed out the doctor! When is started calling everyday, they said they’d send my money but it would be $200 less. I agreed to that, but STILL never received a dime! They are scam artist and I will be reporting them to the BBB and pursuing legal action with a reputable law office if I continue to go ignored. :)

I’ve given these people a chance because they had they people reach out to me and that was the first sign I should’ve found my own law firm to work with. At first everything was good but never met my attorney until I got a call to sign the papers...Which basically I’m sure so she can get paid and off my accident and not me. Very unprofessional! I thought i didnt to have to deal with these people again but unfortunately they never paid the chiropractor we saw and now the chiropractor sent us to collections. He refused to take my calls for months and months at a time refused to return my calls and even moved his office without telling me or giving me a new address. I would NOT at all recommend HART & ASSOCIATES to anyone for any reason! This firm lacks any form of professionalism or positive business acumen. The 3 attorney's I've dealt with were ALL grumpy, unprofessional and uncaring. The firm lacks followup and does not keep timelines; if left to the firm your case will likely go for months without any form of followup! You will be forced to push the firm to action, you will have to call daily to get any form of results.

My accident was May 2016 and I'm not sure that they even sent a settlement offer yet. Every time I call no one is their to speak to me and no one ever return my phone call so I have no idea of what's going on with my case. I will never use them again nor recommend them to anyone this is the worst experience ever I just want this to be over.

Only because it won't allow zero stars. My bf hired them to handle his accident claim and I am appalled at some of the things I am hearing. Besides the fact that he signed settlement documents A YEAR AGO and still has not received his disbursement but his providers have not been paid, they have not communicated with him at all, he calls every month and they tell him they "should be disbursing soon" and the person who they need to talk to about it is unavailable. I work for a personal injury firm and never in a million years would our clients be treated with such disrespect and low regard. I have encouraged him to file a complaint with the bar association immediately but after seeing the reviews posted here I can't imagine much will come of it and only pray he never signed a release and another firm can possibly help.

The Worst Experience Of my Life Occured Here Today. I Had A meeting that was set a month out. I show up for my check, sign papers and the Lawyer who signs my check isnt here. I actually have time to write this review. And they close at 5 and my meeting was for 4pm I show up 10 min early and get seen 10 min late. And now it's the waiting game. Horrible. Were calling the georgia bar on them. They yet have to give my mothers check. When they settled the case in 2015. Everytime we call. Everyone is lunch or having a baby.

I completed my physical therapy around May/June of 2015 from a car accident I was hit in. In October of that same year the civil case involving the person who hit me and I was settled. I constantly asked my attorney Sonia Mahoney about what steps needed to be taken to claim my reward and I was told she would handle it, that she was waiting on a response from the opposing insurance company. I called at least once every other week and either I never got a call back or was told that she has yet to hear back from the insurance company. After months of this repeated pattern of not being called back at the scheduled time or getting the same message about not hearing back from the opposing insurance company, I took it upon myself to contact the insurance company. I called the insurance company and I was told by them that they not once heard from Sonia Mahoney and they proceeded to mail out my check to the Hart and Associates office that same week back in January 2016. It is currently the end of March of 2016 and I have yet to receive my check from Hart and Associates. Honestly this is the absolute worst service I have ever received from ANY business. I would NOT recommend anyone to use this law firm. I've stressed how bad I needed my reward and was even willing to take less just to speed up the process because they insisted on trying to lower my medical bills by $200 but I was willing to forgo that just to get my check and be done with them. Suffice to say, I've yet to receive my reward.

As an actual customer I advise potential customers to read reviews before using this law firm. So far the only reviews that actually summarizes why this firm received the score it was given have been the negative ones, but i digress. From my research this firm has a history of withholding money from clients, and I can vouch for this. Currently about to go homeless due to them taking their time to send my check that they have been sitting on for a month. (college student putting self through school)

Terrible firm. They work with no sense of urgency and get mad at you for calling them because they neglect to keep you updated. I think they forget they work for us, the people, and not the other way around.
