Why do some of us procrastinate when initiating a will and trust? If you are like me, there are lots of good intentions and a lot more laziness! Not to mention the unknown! If any of the aforementioned sounds familiar, you should contact Dawn Levine. From the first meeting onward, she was a professional wrapped in kindness. Always understanding, never condescending. Her wealth of understanding of the law and current updates is immeasurable. I met with her three times and was made to feel that I was her priority. And if all of that was not enough, her quick humor leveled the field and made the whole experience human. Highly recommend Dawn and her competent staff! I am confident that my end of life is in order.

Dawn and her team were great to work with! Dawn is compassionate while working on such a tender subject of what happens when you're gone. She has the patience and understanding of your true feelings while making such decisions. She made it known to us that we were her only client when it was time to finalize the documents, so that we had time for questions/decisions and never felt rushed. She met with us for our 1st appointment very quickly after our request and was timely in all her responses and the most personable attorney! I would highly recommend her and her team.
We use Dawn for my Mother's Will, Power of Attorney, and Medical Directive. She helped us to create the original documents several years ago, and we recently went back to fine-tune the documents. She is patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Everything is explained in terms we can understand. Highly recommended.

Ms. Levine was recommended to us by numerous folks, and with good reasons.
Short version: she is fantastic and highly recommended.
She's professional. She knows her stuff; she listens to her clients and uses her encyclopedic knowledge of probate law to tell you what the best solution is for your specific needs. She also knows how to handle any fine details like difficult family members, particularly valuable items, specific heirlooms, etc.
She's gracious and courteous. Her clients are people; she wants the best for them and cares for their particular needs. Her job is more than a mere profession. For example, she told us during the estate planning that she knows she is really working not for us, but for our children. Great perspective. She has a fine personality, smiles frequently, and is very patient and available. She also makes herself available a concierge to her clients; since she knows lawyers in about every area of need, she encouraged us to come to her for any law needs, and she could point us to the appropriate, trusted attorney. It's very good to have someone like that in your corner.
Long & short, use these guys. Sure, you can make a will for cheap online. But how well will that will hold up when the time to use it comes? We have a friend, an only child, whose parents passed away recently. Everything should come straight to him, you'd think, but _everything_ is held up in expensive, slow probate court, and his case is very cut-and-dry; no other siblings, no other family members. If your case is at all complicated (and whose isn't), it is well worth the money spent to _know_ that when we pass, what needs to happen will happen, as quickly and as easily as possible. After all, if we do pass, dealing with legal loopholes is going to be the last thing our family wants to be doing.
Two big thumbs up for Levine & Reidling.
PS: Minor but important detail: they are in historic downtown Marietta, but they have their own parking lot, which is a nice bonus.

Dawn helped my husband and I draw up a family Trust in order to transfer our assets to the next generation of beneficiaries. She is a warm, compassionate person and a whip-smart attorney. She did a wonderful job of explaining everything and answering any questions we had. We could not recommend her more highly for estate planning needs.

We're very lucky to have chosen Dawn to handle our estate planning. She made the whole process very easy, and most importantly, understandable.

Dawn was very professional from the first moment we contacted her. We are new to the area and had questions about estate planning that she answered thoroughly and completed the legal work in a timely manner. She was always responsive to our questions and follow-up was 5 star. We would highly recommend Dawn Levine for service, efficiency, and genuine caring about her clients.
