I never dreamed I'd give a 5-star experience from debt repayment. Jennifer was wonderful to work with. The settlement terms were fair, and she even took the time to answer some complex tax questions. Additionally, she gave me a direct line to contact her if needed. Thank you for making this process simple and helping me clear this debt!!!

I paid off the debt. Was told I would receive an email right away. (Without that letter I cannot rent an apartment) Now homeless, living out of my car with my small children. I've been waiting a week for this email. I called several times and was told they would resend. Nothing! Not in my spam nor inbox.

These People are rude. Mr ROD or whatever his name is has the worse attitude ever. Im not sure if he had a bad day that day or what. He was very snappy. He said once i paid off my debt something would be mailed to me or emailed to me in 3 to 5 days. after that time period i called back and he got another attitiude and said he told me it would take 3 to 5 days. However after another week i called back and this guy havnt even requested the letter. all of a sudden everyone is out sick.

I was informed that I had a debt that I recently settled with this office. I was working with a Mr. Jones that reassured me that I could get a letter by Wednesday because I am moving and I need this to move in to my new place. Mr. Jones also gave me his director line to follow up with him only for him to tell me that the supervisor attorney Brett Boland needed to sign off on it. Then he says call back at 10 am he will be in. I call back and then I’m told once again that the attorney Brett still hasn’t signed off and is now again out of the off. This doesn’t sound like a trustworthy attorney office at all. Because of this delay I will be homeless and loose my job because no one cares about my issues. I work from home so if I don’t have a home I can not work. I want to make a formal complaint. I am so upset and I am going to take to Social media, and local TV Stations in hopes to get the word about this lying untrustworthy Law office

Very rude and disgusting individuals that are employed here one name to remember is Ray. Will hang up and yell at you if you decide to disagree with the allegations and proposals for payment. How does a company that owes me over $80 that I have proof of, wants me to pay them $998?

I received a letter in the mail at my mom's second house how was I supposed to to get this mail in time when it's something as important as this you should really find a different way of contacting people ... You guys are no where near Vegas so I can't even go into your office.

Worst customer service EVER. They have been harassing me about debt that I have paid and when I tell them I can send the receipt and evidence I have they call me a liar and hang up. These reviews are fake as ever. First they call trying to bait you out of information they should already have. Then when you tell them to verify the information they get aggressive threatening garnishment or audit your money. I will not be bullied into anything. They rude old fart hung up in my face after screaming at me. I'll be contacting the state and my lawyer to deal with these legal mob bosses. Something must be done to combat these legal crooks.

Most of the time when you have to work with a law firm to pay off a debt they are so impersonal. Not the case here! Very rude and unprofessional.Spoke to Rod who unfortunately was the one handling my account. They cant send you anything in writing first about settlement offer they are talking about. You have to pay them first which obviously isnt a guarantee that they will follow through their words. We are unemployed and trying to do the right thing of atleast paying some of the money we owe but they wont even settle for a payment plan. When I told them Id probably just file for bankruptcy, this asshat Rod told me why would I even try to pay for it if I was planning on filing for BK anyways then hungup. Duh. Very unprofessional. I wish I was working with another representative from this law firm instead of this Rodtool.

This is the worse company ever ! Please do not pay attention to the “good” reviews. I set up a payment arrangement 05/2019 they took my account information and everything. They never pulled a payment off my card. I called them to see what was going because they kept harassing me and i didn’t know why because the had my account information. They said they wrote down the wrong card number and that it was my fault !! How is that my fault ? I gave the correct information you make a mistake not me. Then when you call you get hung up on every time. These people are rude and the definition of unprofessional ! The man had the nerve to tell me we wouldn’t be calling you if you payed your bills. I’m really starting to think this place is a scam. Please beware if this law office contacts you. I’m going to be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

First I would like to start of by saying, this is by far one of the best collection agencies I ever dealt with. I must say me being stubborn got me into this situation in the first place. However, working with Rod, was a little difficult at first because he’s very stern and doesn’t beat around the bush. I owed a debt to an apartment complex but for reasons of my own, I refused to pay them at the end of my lease term agreement. After a year long roller coaster ride, Rod And I had a great conversation and ended things on a good note. All I will say is this, if you owe a property for any reason, just pay it because you’re only hurting yourself and it will cost you not to be able too rent a property from anywhere. I’m glad this nightmare is over, thanks to Rod, Because he really fought me hard on this one, but I must say it was all worth it and I paid the debt and he delivered exactly what he said he will do once I settled it. I just want to say thank you and I’ve learned my lesson.

Very professional and efficient. Calling a debt collector is no fun but they made it very easy.

I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe I dealt with the wrong guy here, I really do want to settle on this account, but they reached out and when I requested the offer in writing they refused, when I told them they I couldn't accept an offer without an offer agreement that we both signed I was told they'd be rescinding the offer. They wanted me to fork over thousands of dollars on a handshake deal that they'd delete the incident from record but shut things down the moment I want legal protection? Very sketchy. I dealt with a Mr. Woodson. Hope the guys life gets better cause man, what a miserable git. I'm sure this isnt the first time hes cost the office an easy settlement though.

Edit: the reviews here make it seem like Woodson was hired relatively recently, hopefully just a bad hire and this place isnt as sketchy as the reviews make it out, hope Brett remembers his employees reflect on his practice.

Liars. Took my money and assured me that the debt would be deleted. Debt has yet to be deleted, so I initiated a chargeback for failure to perform services. Fraud up and down. The Georgia bar association needs to remove Brett!

Spoke with Mr. Woodson. I was not under the impression my debt had been sent here from previous creditor. I was trying to obtain information to be able to pay my debt. I had questions, he cut me off frequently, was extremely rude and was irritated with every question I asked. When I asked for a document stating what I owed.. just for my own records all of a sudden he couldn’t provide anything, something about the statue of limitations. He ended up hanging up on me. Wouldn’t suggest this law office for anything.

I was very worried about calling back this office since there are so many spammers out there and you do not know who to trust. However, after I called and spoke with Ms. McKinney, my worries went away! She answered all my questions regarding my debt and was more than happy to walk me through the process. I have never been so relaxed when talking about something so important. She is literally a diamond in the rough! Made my experience very smooth and worry free. Will not have to worry about this in the future but if you get a call from this law firm regarding debt, just return their call and you will get great customer service! Highly recommended!

Most unprofessional place ever. I call to setup a payment plan and they refuse to give a receipt for payment made, they won’t give you a copy of the payment plan arrangements. I’m not asking for a letter saying it’s paid off, only for a receipt for my payment or a copy of the arrangement. How pathetic.

I tried to contact your office about my debt from a previous apartment. When I called two weeks ago your office was responsible for my account, when I called today a man answered the phone and kept giving me the national credit systems number. When I asked him the simple question of why my account was no longer with them he hung up the phone on me instead of answering my question. Please let me know what I can do to resolve this debt. The representatives are extremely rude. I was trying to ask questions about the debt that I was being charged and was hung up on three times by two different representatives. I am not an aggressive person and even had a coworker sitting with me when I was told "I can hear attitude in your voice" which my coworker said wasn't true. Horrible customer service

I spoke with Ryan Woodson. He was very professional, and communicated everything to me very well. He worked with me on my payments, and speaking with him was an overall good experience. I used to be a debt collector, and I know I am a tough cookie to deal with, and he handled me very well. I was making plans on paying this debt anyway, so they just made it easier for me. Thank you Ryan!! Two days later, and I will be calling this firm first thing on Monday to stop payment. After doing some research, it seems you have to be served a summons to appear in court on a judgement. And I was never served a summons. I also pulled up some info on Core, which is a portal that the public can go to to review any court proceedings involving them, whether they are a defendant or plaintiff. I couldn't pull anything in my name. It seems I was lied to, but I will be stopping payment on this debt until I receive documents from them that I have a judgement from these people. I have that right. Also, there should be no lies told in order to scare someone into paying a debt. I know that I can sue this law firm if I find this judgement to be false. But until I see something in black and white, I will be stopping payment tomorrow first thing in the morning.

This company is attempting to collect a debt from the wrong person - me. I am so frustrated and don't have time to deal with them. When I called them, they simply told me "Just pay the debt. We don't need to proof that you owe the debt." I feel so bad that people don't feel a little bit ashamed of causing others unnecessary troubles.
This debt does not belong to me and there is no reason for me to pay for it. If the firm insists that I owe them money, please send me the evidences including the bills, my written signature, the application I filled out, and the ID documents I provided. I believe you do not have any of these evidences, so please correct the mistakes.

Desired resolution: 1. I would like the firm to stop collecting the debt from me, because it does not belong to me. 2. Please send the updated corrections to the credit reporting agencies. I will need an accurate credit report to rent places in the future. Thank you for your time!

So far, this law firm has shown exceptional customer service skills, and has made me feel AT EASE with paying off my apartment debt. Kimberly has been the one working with me on my case, and she has been nothing but professional and kind, telling me all of the information I need, and staying behind me 100%. Super impressed at this law firm, they truly care about people and their well-being! I am hoping I get my letter from them stating I have paid in full via email within the time mentioned 3-5 business days, because I am applying for an apartment here end of the week. these people have failed to remove a paid collection off of my clients credit report for nearly 2 years and had the nerve to be rude over the phone we, called to ask them to correct the error, i speaking directly to the young who accept my clients payment, he hung the phone. this type of unprofessional behavior is not what i expected from a firm with a solid reputation, I would never recommend a client settle a debt with again.

Ms. Edwards is a horrible person. I called to find out how long it would be until I received my verification of settlement letter and she was unbelievably unhelpful. She told me I shouldn’t be applying for apartments and hung up on me. I called back and a male answered and kept telling me he was going to transfer me to her. I repeatedly told him I just wanted to verify the email and he as well hung up on me. I called back once more started with my account # and some lady transferred me to Mr. Williams who was helpful and verified my email, and told me the letter had been printed and was waiting for a signature. Why was that so difficult for Ms. Edwards? She needs a new job she obviously hates her current position.
