Perrie & Assoc used to be very service oriented. Unfortunately that has changed. Very poor attention to detail. Poor follow up and follow thru. Attorney Helena Cole is quite disinterested in the transaction detail. I never want to close there again. Most recent bad experience is the 2nd in 6 months.
