I went blindly to Shelley Elder after a neighbor's recommendation, and I was definitely not disappointed. Their services were timely and affordable. Everyone on the staff was friendly and professional. When I visited the office, I felt as though the attention was on ME -- as a person, not a "number". I have since recommended them to others.

First of all from my past experiences, most lawyers are not very compassionate, they are like car salesman and about making money and do not really care about you. Shelley and her awesome staff at Elder Law firm are different. They truly care and want to help people with help them their Legal problems and/or bettering financial situations.
I felt overwhelmed and didn't know what to do first, she helped so much and took a lot of that burden off me. I feel like they are my friends now and understand all the trials I am going through to help my father. I wish their were more Shelley's around! She is awesome and so is every person who works there! Their prices are more affordable too! I am not sure what I would have done with out her caring and compassionate personality. She is truly god sent. and I will forever be grateful to her and everyone at Elder Law firm, :) I wish I could give them 10 stars!

My wife, Carolin, was very sick for 10 months and passed away in Jan. 2016. During that period Shelley helped me with some will and power of attorney adjustments. After my dear wife's passing, Shelley's office helped me with getting her will through the probate process. Shelley Elder gives lawyers a good name.
