I could never get them to answer the phone all I got was voicemails. Once I called them they got my phone number and they would automatically send me to my adjusters voicemail without saying anything. I have now settled but still can't get them to call me back. They haven't been paid but money has been put aside from Social Security disability I have questions with no answers. I would not recommend them

My family told me about you guys and they said you was great. So I decided to give them a try.

They handeled everything for my disability claim. I won my claim of course. I have no complaints at all. However, I had times that I needed to speak with someone ASAP and it may have taken a couple days or so and they would call me back. But I am not complaining at all because they did call me back. I highly recommend them.

My case manager Athlene was very patient and understanding with all the questions I had. The law firm worked very hard on my case .And won it for me. I would recommend this firm to anyone looking to win their disability case.

I've been a client 2 years n some change ive spoken to someone twice this year left numerous messages they can't figure out who my case manager is after several changes in office. Giving a 1 because i dont see 0

i dont even know why they even have a rating if i could give them a negativethen that would be the score having retained these bozos 3 years ago i only met my attorney 15 minutes before wlking into my hearing which was a very intimedating experience.would recomend a local attorney with great customer service they are jokes all ga. attorneys know of this firm please do you research before chosing this law firm. really peopleim not a paid actor but a very dissatisfied client

Applying for SSDI is at best – an overly complicated process as is the case with most government based programs. I knew this was something I would not be able to tackle on my own. I contacted LaVan and Neidenberg and was assigned my case worker – Teresa McGill. Teresa has been so very helpful, patient and kind during this very long and complicated process. I live in Georgia and it is one of the very worst states in the country – if not the worst – in the amount of time and trouble it takes to successfully litigate an SSDI claim. It took almost (3) years to finally receive a fully favorable decision from the courts. You can imagine that Teresa and I spoke on numerous occasions over this (3) year period. She was always attentive to my questions and concerns. The process had a lot of lows and highs and she was always there for me to explain what our next step would be. She showed a lot of patience as I was not always very happy with the way the government handles SSDI claims in Georgia. This marathon was finally successful and I am very happy I stuck with this effort. I wanted to just quit and give up but Teresa was always there to refocus me to our eventually successful outcome. I recommend LaVan & Neidenberg to anyone who is seeking help with obtaining disability benefits from Social Security. Each and every representative I dealt with was always courteous and professional; from the office personnel to the attorney who appeared in front of the judge with me. The process was lengthy and sometimes seemed idle, but legal matters are always slow as hearings are on the court systems' schedule, not the attorneys'. I would not hesitate to contact Lavan & Neidenburg law offices again if I became in need of further assistance with any disability issues. Filing for disability is a long and strenuous process. But once I signed up with Lavan & Neidenberg I let them do all the work. I would get quarterly phone calls from Jesse on the updates. Then about 2 1/2 years later I actually was scheduled a hearing here in Atlanta with the firm's lawyer Josh. What a great guy. Very knowledgeable really wanting to help, really going the extra mile. The judge actually granted my benefits right then and there. Two weeks later I had a prepaid credit card for my backpay. Also, I have to add that when I first filed my husband was alive and well. A year and a half ago he died. The firm explained to me that I was eligible to receive Social security from my husband's benefits even though I'm only 57 years old.
