The person who answered sounded so uninterested in helping me, was rude with her response, and lacked professionalism

They never called back. Not for intake or anything.

The number doesn’t work no one answers the phone. How can you get help if they don’t answer the phone? Not everybody has a car to come up there. The least they can do is have a email or phone number that works.
