Jimmy Berry is by far not only the best attorney not only in this state but in this Country. I personally know a lot of Attorneys. Great and that thprestigious attorneys. They get the job done and mostly get the results that you pay dearly for. No matter their success and their wealth they will still not lift a figure without money first. Not Jimmy. His passion is not money. His passion is justice not just for the wealthy but for his passion of the law and justice for all!! He is a brilliant lawyer and an attorney that truly cares!!! He is known mostly for high profile cases. Death penalty cases and unjust life sentences. He saves lives. He is at times hard to get ahold of but that does not mean he is putting his heart and sole into your case. He doesn’t take just any case. He takes cases he believes in. If he does not have a passion for your case he will not take it!! So know if you are blessed enough to have him as an attorney you may sleep at night. He is working for you. I’ve seen him pull off miracles!! Praising his capabilities as an attorney is something everyone knows. Talking about his heart and character is something that needs to be mentioned. He is heaven sent. He saved my life. I was mistakenly incarcerated for a charge years ago. I was bed ridden for a year. I had back and neck surgery. My condition was such that if I did anything even trip or miss my Physical Therpy on top of that I was diagnosed with cancer. My neorsurgeon said my surgery was the hardest and in the worst condition he’s ever treated. I had an 80 percent of being total pearlized. My surgeon saved me and Jimmy saved me from having to live like this. I was given no medical care at the jail. They were given all my medical records. The medical department said if I came back to medical I had fallen in the shower and had total numbness on my left side. I had 7 seizures. I was called a liar. They even refused to call my cancer doctor to get my status. I was told one more medical request and they would put me in medical in isolation. I was not even given a mattress. I was thrown physically on the phone and isolated from a phone so I could not let my family know of my treatment. If Jimmy did not help me I have no doubt I would of left in a body bag!! I am not being dramatic. Yes, this does happen. I never believed things like this happened in America I’ll admit I would of been the first person to say if you are incarcerated you deserve it and nobody would deprive you of life or death treatment. I was wrong!! I’m blessed I had help without Jimmy I believe this PTA mom would of left my husband and children. God Bless you Jimmy I will forever owe you my life and I will not hide in embarrassment that I was incarcerated I am going to make it my life mission to put medical care and abuse my passion to those that don’t have the support I had. That’s how I can repay Jimmy by acting on his passion!! God Bless you Jimmy Berry!!!

Had an appointment and he never showed up or called to reschedule. I called him and he just said he couldn't make it today.
