Spoke to this guy over the phone. He over talks u, ash u questions and doesn’t wait for s response before over talking u again! He seems all over the place! Made me feel uncomfortable right away.

I feel Jay is not fully vested or understand his clients and what they are going through. I don't care how much money you give and you could have paid your fee in full, before you go to court, Jay is going to ask for more money.
He will not negotiate with the DA.
What they say he goes along with them and he does not investigate your case
Please don't go to trial with this man. He's afraid to object, you are supposed to get evidence before the trial. Well we got ours right before the jurors walked in. He does not have the backbone to be aggressive and fight for his clients. He did not keep any notes about the trial nor the jurors.
