I haven't ever waited long before getting seen. The staff is very nice and everything is clean. UPDATE-After trying other urgent cares, this is seriously my favorite and the only one I will go to. The staff is the best and like every other time I've been here, the wait is short. Definitely recommend going here if you need to go to urgent care.

Was staying in Riverside for a research trip from out of state. Had a great experience here! Everyone was very pleasant and the whole thing went very quickly! Would go here again if I ever happen to get sick in Riverside California. Dr. Williams was so nice!

Have been bringing my kids for a while now, they are always taken good care of, I really like this urgent care. Fast service and staff is very kind. Clean place.

Terrible experience! Took my son in and the PA that saw him was so quick to call an ambulance, it was clear that she didn't know what she was doing. They gave him a steroid to help with his breathing but the ambulance showed up a minute after he took it so they didn't give it time to work properly. I ended up with a bill from urgent care and the ER because of an incompetent PA that didn't even bother asking me if it was ok before calling the ambulance. It is the first and last time I bring my son here. Don't waste your time when there are other urgent care facilities nearby that actually help

Took my micro preemie son here a few times. Facility is clean, very attentive and dr is amazing very good with lil ppl and adults.Wont go to any other urgent Care.

Great service! My son was sick, so we came here for the first time. It just took us about 20 minutes to see the doctor, and in 30 minutes we were out on the way to pharmacy. The staffs are very friendly and kind.

Best urgent care we have ever been to. The staff is so attentive and kind. There is rarely any wait time. Dont look around for another urgent care this is the best!

This is seriously the best urgent care I’ve been too. I called during break to see wait times & I told them I was thinking of coming in during my lunch time since it’s in the same area as I was in during that time. When I came in I mentioned I called and they attended me right away. Definitely the best service I’ve received in the medical industry. Friendly staff as well! I’m glad that now I know of this urgent care.

I absolutely love this urgent care! I went in for a deep cut and eventually had to get stitches. I was in & out in less than an hour. Staff was caring and friendly. Will definitely recommend this urgent care.

4-20-19 I was in and out 15 mins! And all the staff were really nice and offered my friend some water. Dr was very nice and seemed to care about how I felt. Type of place i would recommend for others! Would come again!

Big joke of a place they cant run test so they just bs an answer give u a perscription and take ur money then they didnt report what I paid them to my insurance and I ended up in the hospital dying literally because they couldnt properly do their job their employees stand out right in front smoking no one really wants to help close it down this is pathetic literally did nothing to help me and almost cost me my life

To update how funny that they dont see me as a patient when last week u had an oscar call me and be belligerent demanding I owe them money but couldnt explain how since I was told I had already paid everything I owed when questioned he hung up on me I called back to get ingo no one could give it to me I was told to leave a message for a manager that was never returned shocker and now to try and defend themselves they claim they cant find me what a joke u can find me to call and be offensive and rude and demanding money I had no clue I owed dude its 20 bucks I have no issue paying but u need to inform me but of course I never got a bill please font go here they r a complete joke I'm highly considering filing a formal complaint with dr board or something because this is beyond uncalled for

I’m here from out of state for work and having back spasms. This was the closest best rated place around so I decided to try it out. Fast, friendly service! Great gentle demeanor of the staff. Clean. They listened to me and my issue, gave me some treatment and I was out!!
