I call 3 different places and not one answers their phone this place sucks

Hired them for a Trial De Novo. They sounded knowledgeable and confident about getting my speeding ticket removed (79mph in a 70). They told me their lawyers have built relationships with the officers and judges at the courthouse I was to appear at. A day after my trial I receive this “Officer Ruiz was present and ready to testify. He would not agree to amend the citation by adding a non-moving violation. He had no objection to you attending Traffic Violator School. Upon successful completion of the school, the violation is masked so that it is not visible to third parties.” The lawyer didn’t even try to fight it. His only plan was to hope the officer didn’t show up or show up prepared. I could’ve gotten myself traffic school. I was eligible with out the lawyer. Waste of money.
