After my wife passed away Jessica Lyons worked with me to create a trust and other documents for my estate plan. Jessica was very helpful in retitling my wife's accounts and our joint accounts into the trust or into my name as appropriate. I don't normally write reviews but for this Firm I'll make an exception. My father unexpectedly passed away last year. He left me with an irrevocable family trust that Moynihan Lyons PC (MLPC) created for him and I was the Executor. As you could imagine I was an emotional mess but I thought it would be a good idea to go to MLPC. I figured they created it so who better to assist me with it? Another important note is that my father made sure there was enough money in the bank to cover the cost of probate. I did the right thing! MLPC guided me from start to finish.
