Worst Lawyers on Earth! They demeaned me and exploited my vulnerability at a time when I needed legal hep the most. They were arrogant and malicious in their treatment of me. I felt like I was talking to a Prosecutor not defense attorneys. Jeff Moore is hot tempered and tried to intimidate me into admitting guilt and Virginia is too old to care. I have lost everything because of Blumenthal Law offices. They should have their Bar Licenses revoked, they should be investigated for malpractice. They will continue to make lots of money off of people looking for legal help. Their fees were over $12,000 just to sign the initial agreement. They then charged another $12,500 and did nothing. They told me they had personal problems and lead me to believe they were not competent or willing to defend me in court. Use them at your own risk. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE RUINING LIVES WITH NOBODY CALLING THEM OUT.

Unethical Lawyers to the Core! They charged me almost $30,000 and did little to help me. They made promises that quickly dissipated once they got paid. They didn't care about me or my future. They tried to make me feel guilty when I was not. Urged me strongly to admit guilt for something I did not do just to, "get it over with." They convinced me to sign a terrible Plea Bargain and I finally gave in to them because they made me feel that they would not defend me in court if I didn't. I couldn't afford to get another attorney because of the money I had to pay them upfront (well over $10,000). Don't be a fool like me, stay away from them.

PUSHED ME HARD TO SIGN A PLEA BARGAIN I WILL REGRET FOREVER !! The fee was $30,000 and they never fought for me, they wanted my money but never intended on defending me. Once they got paid, they pushed me to quickly sign a HORRIBLE Felony plea bargain. Not much of a bargain is it. I was scared at the time so I gave in to them. Multiple attorneys that I have consulted with since this case have told me that I was railroaded by this firm. Do not become another victim of Blumenthal Law offices. My only goal is to help others avoid the same fate as myself.

This is an excellent law firm. Brent Romney was my attorney in a civil case that dragged on for almost a year, because the other party never showed up. He was patient,, thoughtful, met with the District Attorney many times. I never had to go to court. I would use this firm again if I ever needed legal help.

I cannot recommend Virginia Blumenthal. I was innocent and her lack luster ho hum defense lead to my conviction. Then she had the nerve to say "we" won because the conviction was on a lesser included offense? Huh? I went to prison! She wasn't with me so "we" didn't win anything.
