Got in a really horrific motorcycle accident around the corona area and Daniel (Dan) was one of the first attorneys that I linked up with. I just had a connection right off the bat and a good feeling that he was the right attorney for my situation. He got me the right treatment from high end physical therapist for my torn acl to top of the line psychologists for my concussions. He was always communicative in telling me to be patient and keeping me in the loop about everything that was going on making sure I was progressing, because it was such a long process. The sign up process was quick and easy. Just a few papers I needed to fill out from my home, because he came to me and thats it. Dan got me a lot more money for my pain and suffering than I was looking for. My attorney that I thankfully left looked at my case and said that they would only be able to get my medical bills paid for, therefore I left and found Dan. On top of all that I had to pay my first attorney an insane amount for his hourly rate because he was not fulfilling my needs when : 1) He didn't keep me in the loops with anything. 2) I always had to call in myself and was put on hold many times 3) Timing was just not there and felt like I was being lied to. Very unprofessional. I know this may not be the right platform to talk about money, but in mine and many other situations it is. Finding an attorney that can be a great service to you while being your friend is tough, but Dan can do it all. His timing and work is impeccable.
