It is sad that google doesn't offer negative stars. Saunders Law Office would be a negative 5 . Ramon gave us a promise with an incredible price, then failed to communicate or take any action period on Lenders Foreclosure Service refusal to respond. Ramon Sevilla promised they would in fact be able to stop the foreclosure, when asked before signing their agreement if this included taking this action to court should LFS not respond, he assured Us that it included everything at a discounted rate because we were a Nonprofit.
Their retainer agreement states that we will communicate with an attorney, We never heard from an attorney until after the foreclosure sale, and not until October 23rd, and only then when we complained to the office manager. When we finally heard from an attorney, he said our respa wasn’t sent until October 4th. That in itself is and was worrisome!
Saunders Law Office was retained by Our Nonprofit to delay our sanctuary foreclosure and get a loan modification done. They submitted a Qualified written request, and requested a Loan modification on September 11th, Lenders foreclosure Service didn’t respond, Saunders law office didn’t act on the refusal to respond.
The day before the sale date we were informed that there was a verbal extension because the Lender was not communicating with the Trustee, on the day of the sale LFS allowed the foreclosure to proceed, again Saunders Law office refused to act.
On October 2nd, Ramon emailed Us a recession demand letter that was sent to LFS. LFS requested an additional 24 hours to respond, they again did not respond, and again Saunders Law Office refused to act.
DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM!
To fix their failure to act they requested more money a 3000 retainer and 2000 a month. Why should we have to pay them any additional when they have already proven they fail to act in their client’s best interest.
Our Nonprofit is filing a complaint with the Bar Association on Saunders Law Office for their blatant refusal to act and protect their client, as well as do as Ramon claimed that they could.

Garrett never returns calls. The person that was assigned to me was no longer employed there. I wasn't informed of the change nor if anyone took over my case. Poorly run office. Don't waste your time!!

WOW..... garbage service. The only thing they are good at is taking your money. First $500, then $400, to just follow up with an additional $500. I'm better off representing my self in court. ATTENTION! ATTENTION! DO NOT. Do NOT give this supposed office of so called attorneys any of your hard earned money. Because they will NOT do the job they were hired to do. And then they send YOU to go to the courthouse to try & fix the problem THEY dropped the ball on. Don't you think knowing the court date for your case is something they SHOULD of told you about? Humm. And because of THIS office I have been homeless since August '19. HOMELESS! This so called law office doesn't think I deserve a refund.

Warning!!! Dont give your hard earned money to these criminals. They promised to help me out with an unlawful detainer but as soon as I transferred the $1500 fee they began to totally ignore me. Ramon took my money and refused to give me any updates on the case. I had to keep calling and applying the pressure on them to work on my case. By the time they started to work on the case, it was already too late. The sheriff had already shown up to serve the writ. To make matters worse, they also refused to refund my fees even though they didnt do any work on my case until it was already too late. Dont fall for this trap!

They took my money, did NOTHING and now I’m being sued for $10,000.

I contacted Saunders on Monday with an eviction court case on Thursday for advice . I was in constant contact with Ramon who gave me he best advice that I decided to hire them on for representation. I hadn’t paid rent since June due to inhabitial living situations. I didn’t know my rights as a tenant so I was very scared and didn’t want an eviction on my credit or owe money to the owner. Dustin represented me on Oct 12th and got me no money owed including the attorney fees for my apartment landlords and a move out date that worked for me. I also don’t have an eviction on my record. I will be using them in the future if needed! Thank you for taking me on as a client and on suck short notice !!!

Biggest rip off I've ever seen.

My experience was common back in 2008 when foreclosure started to flourish. I was a renter for almost three years, I loved the property owners and the property owners loved me. Well, long story short I was hit with an eviction with a court hearing by the new owners. I was unaware that the property ever in a foreclosure status. I had been paying the previous owners up to that point... I tried to reach out to the previous owners and all attempts failed. As a single mom of four--I felt victimized! I knew I couldn't handle this situation on my own and work {3} 12 hour shifts in the hospital at night. The Saunders Law Group took the majority of the burden off of my shoulders and made my experience a positive one.. They always kept me in the need to 'know now" stat and asked me for my feedback/input constantly. I found Saunders Law Group by searching for Attorneys for my situation. I emailed them for a quote and with in 30 minutes I had a call from a representative from Saunders.
Raymond answered all my questions and he even said that "Don't worry Tami we can take care of you." Everything will be okay. They Did just that!

I hire ramon cevilla from Sawnders law group to file a small claim he charged me over 2000 dls after 9 monts of waiting he told me that is noting to do on my case so i ask for my money back then he became so roud so i told him that i was gonna sue them his answer was do it you got rights do wherever u wanth so i did in moreno valley the funny thing is a day before i recive a letter from court saying the dudge dismiss the case because it was no evidence then sawnthers told them that we slide the sue envelope under his door at night when the paralegal give it to his secretary my million dollar question is why hes afraid or there friends i thought this hapen only in mexico 9 months wasted the paralegal charged me only 200 dlls in two weeks he resolved everything with out court

It only took SLG about a month to solve what the mortgage company could not get done in a year. If you are getting the run around from your mortgage company, I recommend that you call SLG.

They are Very unprofessional, but really good to take your money, they never show up to the first (and more important) day in court, but they called saying that they were running late but never show up, and also charged $3000 dls just for making a phone call and the phone call never was made,,,, please run away from this people!!!!!

They'll take your money and run. You will never hear from them. You can call or e-mail and they won't respond. Your court date will come and go and they will turn it around as if it was your fault. If you're looking for help with landlord tenent issue. Keep checking around. You might as well throw your money in the trash.
