4/30/15 update: Google has confirmed the prior negative reviews are, in fact, "spam reviews". I am grateful Google did actually investigate this matter and was able to make this confirmation. I expect to have ownership of this business profile by tomorrow. Google is working on removing the fake reviews from the score card, but this may take 2-3 weeks.

4/15/15 update: Good news is that with the help of Yodle and Google, I expect to have control of my business profile some time today. Thank you to both companies for jumping on this. I am also very grateful to my real clients who have been so outraged by this imposter that they have come out in droves to offer their words of support. I am humbled and overwhelmed by the outpouring of support. For those who are wondering why this is such a big deal given that only one negative review appears on Google, another site has not been as careful as Google and have posted many extreme, outrageous, and fraudulent reviews about me. Interestingly enough, that website also sells online review "cleanup" services to small businesses. So I guess it benefits them to keep such negative posts in the hopes that I will pay them to remove them.

4/11/15 update: The police have taken my report and are investigating the matter. The false review appears as three separate reviews for some reason. I have notified Google and am awaiting a reply. I truly appreciate my actual former clients and colleagues who were also outraged by this imposter and have stepped up to review my services. I am very humbled by your support.

Diana L Martinez was my attorney for my collaborative divorce. I could not speak more highly of her. She always had my best interests in mind while at the same time keeping the process completely "collaborative". She is extremely ethical and was always easy to get a hold of and to talk with.
