My office will never use their services again. Terrible customer service. The reps don't seem to know the CCP deadlines for subpoenas and they take forever to get a simple job done. After giving Ronsin so many chances to redeem themselves, we will never use them again. There is simply no room for such mistakes and delays in the legal profession.

Very poorly managed. I requested records that had already been produced to Opposing party, and they took over a week 1/2 to produce the documents to us via email. These records should have been already uploaded in their system, but that was not the case. Also, the production was only 10 pages long, which is why it was even more inexplicable that they took this long to produce the records. I won't be using their services again.
