Took all the payments on the first day and never even started the process until over four months after. When I requested refund, only the assistant communicated and kept telling the refund check would be sent to me soon, over and over again for weeks. Still haven't received my refund! No answers to my messages or phone calls to Mr.Vigneswaran. Poor communication. False promises, Never punctual and not even courteous enough to refund my own money when the filing didn't even happen.
It is very sad I have to reach through Facebook to get the refund.
This is very unprofessional service and I would not recommend to anybody!
