I have hired Mr. Newton for my family child custody case and all I can say is that was the worst decision I’ve ever made as far as hiring an attorney . He is extremely unprofessional and he did nothing to help my case if anything he made it worse . He did not file the paperwork that I asked him to he did not bring up any points nor did he fight for my case the only thing he did was sit and text on his phone . When the judge ask him questions directly he would just look at me and basically I had to speak on my own behalf the only thing that Mr. Carson said was the fact that I didn’t pay him the full retainer yet , without the courthouse he said to me even in front of my family that he was going to do the rest pro bono . I was absolutely in shock that he would say such a thing he made the court case about him and money I paid him a lot more than I should have . He also called me early the morning of our court date and he basically told me not to talk to the judge and if I did he wasn’t going to show up he also was cussing and basically reaming me for no reason to the point where I felt intimidated . I released him as my attorney but not before he blew up my phone being insulting and then turned around and tried to call my father . The most unprofessional attorney ever I do not and will not ever recommend him .

I hired Carson Newton for a child custody matter. Carson is definitely a good salesman but attorney?!? Definitely not. Do not hire him. He wants money but never delivers.I always had to be on top of him but when it comes to payments he is very fast and doesn't hesitate to ask. Carson newton came late to the court date in Los Angeles downtown Stanley mosk courthouse. Not just 5 minutes he came late 45min!!! Super unprofessional texting while the case was presented. And he interrupted the judge multiple times. Do not hire him! Get a real professional.

HORRIBLE ATTORNEY. Waste of money and VERY unprofessional dropped a client the DAY BEFORE TRIAL. I was his client. I was incarcerated for a bit and i hired him before that happened. He said he was able to work with me and would give me time. We paid a total of 1/3 of his services and all he has had to do is postpone the court date until further notice. Now that i have court tomorrow and no $$ to pay him he is dropping me. Dont belive me? Email me and ill gladly send photos over of our conversation. He is childish, weak, a very poor attourney, and does NOT care about his clients. Only the $$ he has in his pockets. He will burn you to make his dollar.

So far i dont regret hiring attorney carson. Very attentive im waiting on final verdict to put my final review but overal has been good experience.

All I’m going to say is please read the reviews before mine in which I have plenty of evidence and data to back up my statement of getting absolutely no service from them whatsoever I was extremely Disappointed and absolutely sickened being a father of four children going through divorce and the kind of service I receives the reason I went with them is I was really hoping that he would be hoping to actually do something good with all the bad reviews but unfortunately the reality is pains me to say it is with reviews don’t lie nine out of 10 times he actually didn’t even serve my lawyer the paperwork and then try to double dip rather than doing the job buyer for him for trying to take on another job and the pay I don’t know how many dollars and then finding out I had no real legal representation. He had something from Abraham Lincoln in his office and truly is disgusting that even compares himself to such a man people like this Q lawyers a bad reputation but please don’t take it for me looking at reviews and I am 90% sure the people that did leave halfway decent reviews are people that work in that building been interesting study so thank you Carson in for assisting me almost losing my children and everything I love after being hired solely to change the venue great job team Carson

I will have to say this is my fault. I definitely should have read all the reviews before hiring Carson Newton.
This whole experience has been horrible. He is so unprofessional from being late to every single court date, to not keeping in contact, stating he has done so much work on the case yet, he has not even spoken to a single social worker. In over a year, we never had scheduled meetings he was suppose to arrange. (With social worker and family) He is horrible at caring at all for his clients. Attorneys are suppose to make you feel better. My family and I were scared he would get upset for any little thing and make matters worse. His personality is horrid. I have text messages to prove how unprofessional he is. He cusses at his clients (mind you, this is a child case) in no way at all does he make you feel he is on your side. His temper is insane and to be honest I believe he is in the wrong profession. Hes a hot head. Contacts his clients the night before court to see what's going on. Who does that? So unprofessional. Waste of money. Our case is not even that serious and has dragged on for over a year. Telling his client the child is better.off where he is and does not even know any detail to what is going on. This case has been unfair from the get go. Talks a good game to get you to sign the agreement, yet does nothing for the case. Expects for you to contact him when hes the one getting paid every court case.

Mr. Newton met me on a Sunday I called him on a Saturday told him what was going on with my situation he told me to meet him at his office how many attorneys will meet you on their day off and help you this man's amazing attorney he cares about you as a person not in as a client he takes your needs in and helps you financially he don't rake you over the coals like most attorneys do he works with your budget and he's there to help you his staff is very friendly especially his paralegal Dan anytime I called him or text him he had an answer in no time same way with Mr Carson day or night they got back to you even on the weekends through the whole process of my divorce. My divorce is final now and I got everything I asked for with his help now he's helping me do the judgement part of it now I will post down the road how that comes out but I have confidence that he will get it done cuz he's a good attorney I want to thank you for everything you've done for me so far and your Law Firm

Horable attorney so he calls himself that! I had a judgement against the other party and he did not follow through on time.all he wants is money! more money! money! money! he received plenty to follow up this case. I asked for a copy of my file he said pay me more or i will no longer present you.he hasn't done a thing with the case and expects more. I told him i have right's to my file he refused and walked away. It has been over 10days.he should be bar from representing anyone. He gives you his cell# to communicate and when things don't go the way He wants it,like a child he says don't call or text my phone i will not respond call the office ph#. I did do as instructed and called his office ph# mail box is full and cannot take messages. He is a one man show.He can't even hold a full time staff. He has had 3 assistants quit on him since I have been going there. He is rude and insulting.....dont hire him....stay away....!

Carson Newton is the worst and is a crock. Carson never kept me informed on my case for over two years .lost paper work and charged me 600 plus dollars when he agreed on a percentage
No where in the agreement did he say I would be charged 650 in administration cost. I would not recommend him.

Carson c. Newton is a very unprofessional attorney. Since he took on my case . I haven't heard anything from my attorney period. So I took opinion myself and contacted his office . His paralegal repeatedly made up lies for him . So today I called him for a update and he was speaking to me like it's my fault . That I'm demanding a update. Then told me if I'm not happy come get my file. Told me he filing a abuse report just because I wanted answers . He should not be practicing law. Period BAD ATTORNEY . BAD ATTORNEY!! Dishonest and sloppy. He filled the wrong paperwork for my case and caused my case to be dismissed. He refused to refile the correct paperwork even after the court stated that HE filed the wrong paperwork. Took my money and I was left in a very situation. When I wrote letters and called his office, his wife called me and threatened me to ignore the case if not I will face many consequences. I feel I need to share my experience and inform the public. Very unprofessional, dishonest and crooked!!
