I wish i can give them negative star. The attorney of this lawfirm never answer their phones even the emails. I tried to talk to them and been calling them for 1 month to settle my debt. and i never get a response. A receptionist will answer my call but they always transfer me to jason burrows and his mailbox is always full!

Professional Corp quick to sue

As a law group this place is a joke lack of professionalism in their dealings with financial institutions who hire them to collect financial debts I'm not disputing the fact that I too had a debt however I contacted them to make good on that debt only to be disrespected and ridiculed the staff needs to be trained in customer service skills and telephone etiquette

I wish I could put zero stars as they dont deserve a rating...the most shady corrupt law firm I have ever delt with..and need to be investigated and shut down...period.

I had the worst experience and they claimed to have called me and sent me notifcation via mail and I never received anything. They stole money from my account so watch out for them. Im very disappointed that they had to resort to such criminal measures to get something from me had they used the proper channels and communicated with me beforehand. Im am considering a lawsuit.

Horrible customer service!! Every time you attempt to make a call they always send you to their voicemail and never return phone calls.

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. They file bogus lawsuits using draconian tactics. The court doesn't care. The LA sheriff's doesn't care either. Hire a good lawyer if you can and if the amount they are suing you is excessive. They tried to sue me for a 12 year old debt that was WAY past the statue of limitations in CA (4 YEARS). If possible, go to court and cite the laws they have broken. If you don't show up, you lose automatically. Which is what they want and expect.

Reported to the state board. They did something very illegal, I have left several messages and no call back. Next step take them to small claims.

This place is actually a scam they tried to call saying I had a debt at a bank when I have never opened a bank account!!! They hung up on me twice won’t answer my calls now that I called them out and didn’t give them my social total scam ignore the fake letters they send you

I've been trying to get a hold of someone from since February 25 with no success. Multiple messages have been left along with multiple submissions for my case. I've been trying to settle this file since the date previously mentioned and haven't been able to due to the impossibility of contacting anyone from the office. I've been placed on hold for over an hour 2 times. I faxed over the information they asked for, and to date, no response has been received and my paycheck is going to be levied again with my pay cut because I now go to school. I've been trying to settle the amount in full for what I can afford, but they're not calling me back to go over my options! My sister even tried emailing and got an automatic response to call their office. I'VE DONE THAT! NO ONE ANSWERS!

By a wide margin, the worst and most unprofessional debt collector I've ever worked with. Perhaps incompetence has something to do with it, but such a profound lack of care it borders on malice.

These people are garbage. They will not send you a receipt. Good luck proving you've paid it once you've handed over your money. Don't trust them.

She really does not know how to train a new employee she expects you to know the computer system and do all the work done right . Hello maybe if she would explain things better to the employee would make too many mistakes. This company is full with a lot of fake people. The worst experience of my life . This place is a joke! A scam! I can't get anyone to give me a call back regarding a possible refund owed to me for something I wasn't responsible for. Very unprofessional! Think it's time to report them. Not sure how they even stay in business this long.

Fast employee turnover. They have no idea what they are doing, just clueless. Can't even give you a legitimate receipt with balance or anything. Very irresponsible, had doors locked for hours, couldn't make a payment, heard them inside laughing. I was able to make pymts to original company and stopped going to them.

Needless to say they try to get you to pay a bill after an account is closed. California law says you don't have to pay if bills is five years owing. These turds act like your best bud u start paying. That opens up past interest piled on garnishment of your job check. Horrible nightmare. Do this.. Write letter asking if this your account. If so keep stalling up to five year limitation. I didn't know this. U are NOT OBLIGATED TO PAY OFF A CHARGE OFF. If you start paying you will get ylthe horror above. All I could do file bankruptcy to get them off my back. Now excellent credit. Never be in fear. They call all hours seven days a week even in the job. Don't pay. Hope this helps.

As of early Oct 2016. No one here answers their phone. Not a single person with the phone number advertised. You go straight to voice mail through out every department. I've delt with a few law firms and this is the first law firm I have felt with who done this. I see their online payment section is working just fine.. * very suspicious* Still they respond quick when they are allegedly trying to collect or attempt to sue you to court for dept.
