I had the worst experience with this lawyer, Andres X Alarorre. I had requested his services to pursue a lawsuit against my tenant who had us living in the worst conditions. There was multiple hazardous living conditions in the apartments where I was living. Buena Casa apartments in Buena Park. ( avoid at all cost if possible)I called the city several times and spoke to the managers at the location as well. When we went to court we soon found out that Andres was not showing up. Thinking back I realized that the management there found out who my lawyer was and reached out to Andres to get him on their side because he never showed up in court. He ended up lying to us and did not live up to anything he had promised us. He is quite incompetent, a sell out and a liar to say the least.

Don’t waste your time. Lost a case because of Andres X Alatorre . He didn’t show up to court and lied on multiple occasions. Take your money somewhere else. I have an eviction on my record because of him.

Alatorre and Associates are fantastic. Andres is awesome and very thorough. Had a issue with my landlord regarding HVAC, electrical subpanel that I needed installed. Andres gave me expert advice and really "talked me off the ledge." He gives you personal service and will give you thorough advice!!!

I called to get legal help about a situation at my apartment dealing with a cockroach infestation that was documented by the Department of Health and I ended up in the hospital because of a bacterial infection as a result of my apartment being contaminated. I stopped paying the rent after 11 months of the roach infestation. The apartment management started the eviction process and I was not able to fight back because Alatorre & Associates did not respond to my inquiries for legal help. I called the office three separate times, but each time they were unhelpful and never returned calls after saying that they would call back. I suggest that you chose a different lawyer.
