Ana Maria is a nice and caring person. Sits with you to listen to what you need. She knows what she is doing. The judge was even impressed with her work. He said "sis did an great job in filing the paperwork." Thank you Ana for the great job you did.

My experience was not so good. There was no organization, several, what turned out to be expensive mistakes made. Never an apology. Everytime I questioned or corrected a mistake, I was met with arrogance.
