Someone named Perry answered the phone and was extremely aggressive with me. As I explained my situation and asked basic questions about what my rights might be, he bacame angry and started shouting that I'm trying to get something for free. From there things went downhill and I almost hung up on him while shouting at me. That is not a way to get clients. As a business owner myself, no one is going to pay you 1st and not know what you can offer. So you need to be patient and professional to explain what services you can offer the potential client. I'll be going somewhere else. There're plenty of choices nearby!!

Man worst experience ever.. I call for help and gentlemen seemed annoyed as soon as I started talking. Would not recommend. Dude it’s your job listen to what customer has to say before you open your mouth and judge someone. Need better people skills. Whole call was awkward. Don’t even bother calling them. They just waste your time.
