This has been the worst experience ever!!!
It’s almost 1year since I got hit form behind on the freeway and this law firm did NOTHING!!!
I have called them over and over every time the same response “ Mr. Sailer is working on your case so I don’t have access to your information.,I will have him give you a call “ Not once did I receive a call back. It got to the point that the person I would speak to would tell me she understood my frustration and didn’t know what to tell me . She said she was giving him the messages and didn’t know why I wasn’t getting a call back. I finally asked for my file and to my surprise there was a letter saying he withdrew from my case. NO I choose to go elsewhere !!! So sad because I’m disabled and trusted this firm to help me .Please think twice before hiring this firm you might end up in the same boat I did. I will be Filing a complaint with State bar

Really bad and rude, they handle my claim for over 3 months with no results, I called the insurance company and they said my lawyer was always away on vacation, I fired them and they still took $1500 out my settlement check even though all they did was sent an email to the insurance company. 100% do not recommend them.
